Fast and efficient.

Good quality products. Intuitive, easy-to-use website. Strong point is the delivery time.

I did not receive my order the first time. I had to phone several times. As I live in Belgium, it cost me 20 euros for international calls. I pointed this out to the c'est mon Etiquette employee and I didn't even receive any compensation or a voucher equivalent to what I spent to receive my order. Response: I have already written to the address mentioned but have received neither a reply nor compensation.

Really beautiful, colorful and nice thermoadhesive labels, customizable to the max! Irresistible! Too bad the prices are a bit high. If only a few are needed, the expense is affordable, but on large numbers it becomes prohibitive. More varied combo pack offerings would also be interesting.

Very pretty water bottle that keeps drinks cool, but problem with the cap, very well adapted to little children's hands to open and close it, but it broke on the first fall. A real shame.
