I had made a typo in the telephone number on the label sheets (x30) for my 3 children (copy/pasted). I asked them if there was still time to change them, and was told that the sheets had already been dispatched, but that they were sending them with the right number! I was blown away by the commercial gesture, the responsiveness and the reliability! I can't recommend it enough! Thanks again!

I still haven't received my labels, even though I ordered them on July 2. The ad said within 48 hours and after ordering I was told after 10 days, even though my daughter was leaving for camp on July 8. So my daughter left without me being able to label her clothes, she had time to come back and I still haven't received anything... but the money was taken from MY account! Misleading advertising and services not honored. Very disappointed.

Gourd bought in February leaking at the stopper (and we're careful) and no commercial gesture offered other than to recommend one! At 22 a gourd, I'll pass. On the other hand, the clothing labels and objects are of very good quality and very pretty.

Very good presentation. I can not yet comment on the duration and effectiveness, since the shipment was delayed over what was announced and therefore the children's clothes were marked differently. We will be using the labels for school for the first time.
