Very good quality, fast and careful shipping! This is not my first order.
I was pleasantly surprised when I received my order. All the labels are very well presented in a booklet, of very good quality and the colors are very pretty. All that's left is to try the iron-on labels and see if they live up to their promise.

I am satisfied with my order, however, the pre-cutting of some labels is not well done and I have trouble peeling them off.

Easily removable...but very aesthetic
I ordered several items 15 days ago and still haven't received them, despite the fact that delivery was supposed to be rather quick. No tracking number to find out the status of my order. After-sales service that seems a bit out of date.

Despite some minor delivery problems, I'm very satisfied with the quality of the labels, the aesthetics and the customer service, which was able to rectify the situation by offering me a discount on a future order (very commercial). This is already the second time I have ordered labels for my children. I have always had a great time. The quality of the adhesive labels is excellent as well as the quality of the thermoadhesive labels. The 'last order arrived late due to a problem related to the postal service. Despite this, petit-fernand customer service was available to follow up on the order and make sure it was successful. To be recommended!!!
I'm disappointed because I ordered labels that I thought I was ordering for my children's school supplies and these are labels to put on textiles. I never use these, so they're there and won't do anything. I order my labels from you every year and now I'm disappointed.
