The service is excellent but unfortunately I can't say the same about the delivery. I asked for delivery within 24 hours, so I paid the extra charge and received the labels 5 days later. Which is a pity because I didn't have any more to read...

I placed an order for school supplies. I paid for express shipping so that it would arrive at my home within 24-48 working hours as indicated on the website. The order arrived in 5 days (counting Saturday and Sunday). So the delivery time is false. I sent emails but they don't even pay attention to you. The order arrived late and on top of that the block was wrinkled. I will not buy again or recommend it for anything.

I paid for priority delivery because I had an urgency and instead the Delivery was made after exactly 7 days

I have not received my order yet.

Labels never arrived

This is the second time I have ordered stickers and again they arrived quite late even though I ordered them in advance and the same thing happened to me. Bad delivery times.

The delivery time was far too long, 14 days and completely non-transparent in advance. Unfortunately, the stickers only arrived after school had started and were therefore unusable

I HAVE NOT RECEIVED THE STICKERS! They sent me an email saying they had been sent and the stickers have not arrived. I do not recommend it at all.

Never received, after 15 days I was told the package was sent to the wrong person. Asked for a refund.

On August 27th I placed an order and as of today, September 20th, I have not yet received it.

I didn't receive my order and when they sent it back, they sent back one part and not the other... frankly, absolutely unprofessional.

The labels are very nice and of very good quality but they do not meet the delivery times. They only meet them if you pay the express service of almost 10 euros and even then you write to them and they do not solve your problem. I placed the order on August 31 and to date I have not received anything.

I placed my ordered a month ago and still have not received it. I have contacted Petit-Fernand numerous times since my order was due and despite calls and emails, no one has bothered to get back to me. I am still waiting for either a call back or email or my order! My order wasn't cancelled and the money has been taken out of my account. There needs to be better customer service in place so if there is a long delay in the customer receiving their order we are fully aware.

I ordered 2 lots of stickers and waited the 2 weeks as stated to receive them but nothing arrived even thought it stated as delivered on the tracking information.

Very long delivery time, poor quality. Does not stick to the triangular colored pencils. Also detach quickly from the edge of other pens. Shoe stickers do not hold well or for long. Very disappointing.

You are also still deleting peoples comments thank god I have my money back from Paypal it's the first and last time that I will ever be ordering from you. I receive things quicker from China its a joke* Never arrived and according to my tracking on my account it says delivered not sure how you would know that though when it isn't a tracked service contacted you with no reply thank god I paid on credit card as just got my money back really should avoid Facebook reviews are not good either and you have removed a lot of people's comments funny that!!!!!

I have been buying from Petit-Fernanda for eight years now but unfortunately I find that the quality is not what it used to be. The thermoadhesive labels come off easily and so do the object labels.

Quite terrible, as the stickers did not arrive in full.

Product never arrived. Automated email on contacting saying if parcel not arrived chase the post office, however the confirmation email for order said the parcel was not tracked so Post Office cant do anything. Waiting for time lapse for dispute to be raised with bank.

Hello, I placed my order 3 weeks ago and it has never arrived.

I have purchased several years and the stickers have always been great. This time I placed the order on September 2, and I still haven't received it, I haven't gotten a satisfactory response either, the 3-10 business day delivery deadline has been exceeded. And I have had to mark the school supplies differently because I still don't know anything about my order.

I have been ordering twice now and even though I asked for the order tracked, the ORDER DOES NOT REACH ME........... Too bad because the labels are cute, but I see myself forced to stop ordering from this site!!!

We paid an additional fee to receive the package on time and we washed it later.

I paid for expedited shipping but the package arrived late. The labels are worth less than their price

I never received the package or even a tracking number.

On the website the package with 50 labels shows delivered, but I never received it. Wrote 2 complaints and 1 email to customer service, never received a response.

I had paid for the package to arrive within 18 hours, and I got it in Brussels 6 days later.

I'm not satisfied because I paid a lot for express shipping and it took 6 days to receive them.

Unfortunately the labels came off in the first wash.

I have not received my order and I have not received my refund.

It is a scam, the orders do not arrive ...

Delivery ?? delayed by more than a week, delivery at 9 . Never returns from you, please refund my express delivery which was never respected!

I still haven't received my order

All wrong from the beginning. I did not receive my order either of the two times it was ordered.... I say they didn't send it to me because the post office is not so useless. A M... everything. The company, the staff and the whole claim process. They set up contact channels and respond when they feel like it....
