Estimated shipping 3-10 days... well almost 20 go by, 3 emails sent and no response other than the automated one which is of little interest. No news about the package. I hope as I wrote in the email they will arrive in time for your birthday if not you can keep them. P.s.: still waiting for reply to at least one of the 3 emails if you deign. Thank you.

I have bought the stick on clothing labels , have followed the instructions, waited 24h, worn and then washed at 40 degrees and my surprise was half of the labels were removed from the tag, I thought I will spend more money for quality but what a disappointment will not buy again !

I paid for expedited shipping instead the package arrived to me in unneeded time. I had even sent an email explaining my problem and they replied saying to ask my post office. If I pay for expedited shipping it is because I need it in a short period of time and shipping is not my problem otherwise I would have saved myself that money. The package arrived to me after so many days and I was not even refunded for the inconvenience I had. I will not buy labels from this site again.

I placed an order that with standard shipping never arrived. I contacted support who kindly re-sent the purchased products with tracking and they arrived after more than 10 days. The shipping is too slow and inadequate. I don't know if I will shop on this site in the future. However, the products received are the same as the photos on the site and well made. But very disappointed with such a long time.

I ordered labels for both my children from this company, one set of the iron on ones and the other the sticker ones. Mine actually arrived after seeing so many comments that theirs didn't and there were no response from the company, so I was pleased! Here's where it became a waste of money…The sticker ones were practically pointless after a hour, peeling off bottles/clothing- may aswell used a sticker out of a sticker book! The iron on ones seemed very sturdy once applied so I was a bit more hopeful for them, unfortunately after 1 wash they are all falling off. Please save your money and don't use this company and fall for their colourful advertising with false positive reviews- they are also deleting all the negative reviews!
