*Yes you since contacted me and now telling me I need to wait until the 25th there are still people writing on your Facebook Page this morning about orders not being received from ordering on the 2nd September. You are also still deleting peoples comments thank god I have my money back from Paypal it's the first and last time that I will ever be ordering from you. I receive things quicker from China its a joke* Never arrived and according to my tracking on my account it says delivered not sure how you would know that though when it isn't a tracked service contacted you with no reply thank god I paid on credit card as just got my money back really should avoid Facebook reviews are not good either and you have removed a lot of people's comments funny that!!!!!

Product never arrived. Automated email on contacting saying if parcel not arrived chase the post office, however the confirmation email for order said the parcel was not tracked so Post Office cant do anything. Waiting for time lapse for dispute to be raised with bank.

The labels don't take the hexagonal shape of the pencils and end up peeling off. I used to order from a competitor's site and their labels take the shape well and don't come off. The C mon etiquette labels come off the object and stick together in my son's pencil case. Very disappointed.
