I've already bought self-adhesive labels, nothing to say and fast delivery. I was disappointed with the bottle, especially the cap. I bought the first model with the pink cap when my daughter started school (recommended age 3). The cap must have broken in the first week of school (I found it hard to close myself). So much for using it that way. Then the black closing system now turns in a vacuum (after 3 months of use). I'd like the new screw cap, simpler I think, but I can't order it. There are only the first cap models or the bottle stoppers available alone, at the price of 8 all the same (the gourd is getting expensive lol). Mrs Marliot

I'm disappointed because it's not highlighted enough when it comes to iron-on and self-adhesive labels.

Nice labels in themselves, I just thought the writing looked a bit blurry and unfortunately 2 of them came off after the first wash, although I followed the ironing instructions.

The quality of the labels has really diminished since 2020 and 2021...I ordered some for my 2 children and they are still in good condition despite the many dishwashers! I've just ordered some for the last one and after 5 washes I'm already starting to see weaknesses... 🙁

The labels are very nice and the whole envelope with the instructions is very delicate. But the color of the name seemed a little off to me and I don't think they will last long on clothing. I would buy again as it makes a very nice detail on my baby's belongings.

The product is beautiful but from the first day the stopper broke. My son dropped the bottle (he's young) and the cap broke off.

3 weeks delivery time and non-existent customer service

Machine washed at 30° and 3/4 of the labels stuck to my washing machine. The quality of the products leaves much to be desired. Lots of useless packaging. Too bad

I bought 3 bottles with the colored cap. I had to buy a new cap because the others broke the first time they were dropped.

I recently purchased a lunch box with ice compartment, but on first use the base cracked I think it took a hit, not even a hard one, we taped it to continue using it. Promptly, customer service assisted me and assured me that it was definitely a product that was born defective, and I was immediately sent another replacement that is working fine. Hello Not very happy with delivery times. I paid more than 9 for a delivery in 24h00 before 18h00 tonight. I placed my order on 08.11 and in the package tracking it tells me the 10th or 11th. In any case the 24h00 will be exceeded...

Beautiful bottles, customization+++, super-fast delivery. Too bad the bottles are super fragile: after not even a week's use, the images peel off and the paint is damaged.

I bought for the second time two water bottles but they always have the same defect . They do not close the caps well the plastic used breaks easily. As for the part underneath of excellent quality

Product received much too late. Order made well in advance and good received. After a complaint, the order was placed. My daughter was leaving on a school trip on Monday morning. I received the labels on Tuesday 🙁 useless

Unfortunately, the express delivery, which is really very expensive, did not arrive on the promised date. After contacting the company, there has been no reply to date. Very weak.

Stickers are great value and really cute however I'm in the UK and it said delivery was 7-14 days and I waited 4 weeks for the stickers to come.

I did not like the shipping. Took forever despite sending tracking could not be completed. Please improve.

The self-adhesive labels are perfect, but the thermo-adhesive labels all came off after the first wash, not so good. They offered to send me new ones and it's exactly the same thing. But I followed the instructions to the letter.

Everything was right from design to delivery, except for the color, which came out much flashier.

Labels very good, pretty package but very disappointed with the delivery it was a day late although I had paid 9 extra because it was urgent to have ordered them on Thursday to receive them on Monday when it was scheduled for Saturday ... my son was able to go to school on Monday with his clothes marked with permanent marker. Very satisfied with the products purchased. However, the delivery went badly. Chronopost left the parcel on our doorstep without telling us. How did the delivery man get into the building? A mystery? C-MonEtiquette at its best... Chronopost big flop.

I ordered 2 personalized water bottles for my children. The only downside is that the print is already starting to come off on one of the bottles. The white elastic around the stopper doesn't hold and keeps falling into the bottles! They're still pretty bottles though...

Positive: I loved the products I bought, both the lunch box and the stickers! Negative: it took too long from my point of view to get the order at home!!!

The labels come right off

Unfortunately, I have not yet received an order for our daughter (although it was supposed to have been sent) ... it was supposed to be a gift for the start of school and has long since been paid for by bank transfer. The second order (a lunch box) for our other daughter was almost completely destroyed when it arrived...but it will probably be remade and resent.

I am extremely disappointed by the delay in delivery and I reported it 2 times to your sales department with no response.

I bought two sets for elementary school and there are very few object stickers. Plus they are really too small and you can barely read the name.

The product is perfect,but by choosing rush shipping and paying dearly for it,I expected the package to arrive sooner,not after a week after ordering.

Product according to the description, they are of good quality. Negative point is that the shipment took more than 10 working days to arrive.

It has taken almost a month to arrive, I don't think this is a reasonable time for stickers.

Labels well made but delivery time longer than indicated

Too bad about the shipping, the products are always great but I had requested expedited shipping and instead they ended up arriving late.

The quality of iron-on labels is poorer than before. They come off. Disappointed

The thermoadhesive labels for clothes have changed format and consequently the availability of characters has decreased (only 15 characters), and I have not been able to carry my daughter's full name and surname.

Self-adhesive labels don't stick very well. However, they were stuck on as instructed on the garment labels. After 2 washings, all labels were removed. Quite disappointed.

Because I paid to have it delivered in 48 hours and it took longer!

Fast delivery, careful packaging. Great choice of personalization, the labels are beautiful but do not wash well. After the first wash at 30°, they peeled off. I therefore advise against buying iron-on and glue-on labels.

I bought labels for 4 children: they came in 6 blocks, stapled in bulk mixing both names and type. Uncomfortable and difficult to find the ones they needed, some are also very similar. It should have been fun for the children to find their labels and glue them on, but instead it was a constant fight. I also noticed a deterioration in print quality, with poorly defined names and colors. Lastly 10 actual working days for shipping. Too bad, I was used to speed and high quality EDIT I was contacted by customer service who rescheduled the order at their expense: it arrived properly printed and stapled ???? the first shipment must have been a mishap
