The only thing I would improve is the order tracking service.... For me it arrived on time, but between the time they send it and when it arrives, you don't know where your package is, which is a bit absurd nowadays. The self-adhesive labels come off after the first wash at 30 degrees. Super disappointed because I ordered a special kindergarten kit, which means that I have more than 50 self-adhesive labels that are useless. I found them in the machine, on the floor ....
