They have very good products and the quality indicated. The shipping is fast and the communication is very fluid. The price is the only "but", however it is justified by the product.

The labels are very beautiful and durable. They can be customized with lots of designs and patterns. I buy from them every year and I am very satisfied. Shipping is not very fast so it is best to order a little in advance

Second order, as much as the first conquered me, the second is a big disappointment. The labels don't stay on the objects and for the clothes, from the first wash the labels ended up in the machine. It's a shame, because the choice of colors and patterns is wide and pleasant!

I placed an order after 10 days and hadn't received anything, even though I had received an email telling me that the order had been shipped. I contacted customer service and the order was to be sent back to me. It's now been 8 days and I still haven't received anything.
