Product is great and nicely packaged. But delivery was slow - the Ă«despatched within 48 hours' on the website was misleading as in fact it didn't arrive for 10 days.

The labels are not resistant to washing hello yes, the labels were applied at least 24 hours before washing, pressing firmly and following the washing instructions. Sincerely
