A great soap. At first I made a mistake with my order. The company was very responsive. And for my 2nd order. They respected their deadlines (48h) but I had taken delivery 24h by chronopost. Shipped on Thursday... delivered the following Tuesday. So I didn't get my parcel too late. They reimbursed me for the delivery costs. So no problem with my label, just the delivery and the only one responsible is chronoposte.
