Very pleased! The labels are just what I expected, the presentation in a booklet is great, and the delivery times are respected. The first textile labels applied seem to fit perfectly. The only downside was a small "bug" on the site when I placed my order: it was impossible to create an account, or to notify them via the "contact us" form. Apart from that, I'm delighted with my purchase!

I placed an order for two personalized bottles because my kids had an excursion, I did it 20 days before the date and they did not arrive on time! I claimed my order and they tell me that it has not arrived because the address is wrong, which is not true because I checked the data and because it is not the first order I make with them. They told me they would send it to me again and I'm still waiting, I HAVE NOT RECEIVED!!!! IT IS UNACCEPTABLE AND A FULL-FLEDGED SCAM!!!!

This is a very very good product I love it I'm a fan it's really great and resistant. I just sponsored some friends and they said that when they wanted to order the sponsorship code didn't work, that's the only problem.

Generally speaking, everything is fine. But it is true that the color of the labels, particularly the one with the red background, disappointed me... because it is very dull. On the web it looks like a much more intense red. And the ones I received have a color more like a dull burgundy. Which I don't really like 🙁

The quality and appearance of the products are impressive. The shoe stickers were initially forgotten on delivery. Therefore one star deduction. A short email to customer service was enough and the stickers were sent promptly and without complications. Gladly again

Have ordered name tags, lunchbox ans water bottle in the past.. only negative was we were sent the wrong canvas bag but they immediately sent out the correct one so all good!
