I ordered for the first time 3 years ago because I saw an advert on social networks, and I haven't been disappointed with my book of labels for everything (objects, clothes and shoes) this year I've only recommended object labels, and I've found it great to be able to choose the style of label you want rather than getting a book of different labels, and to be able to personalize them at any time.

I paid extra to have tracking of the shipment. I had to contact customer service because the shipment has not yet been delivered and twice they replied that there is no tracking for my shipment. Very disappointed to have paid for a service that in fact was not given to me!!! ***Update of 13/09*** the company provided me with Italian tracking and apologized as the previous emails were automatic replies. The shipment arrived yesterday as they were responding to me. The product looks nice and neat and lives up to expectations. Aside from the hiccup, I would say that for the expense incurred the customer service is attentive.
