I received someone else's order (wrong name tags) and the lunch box bag was missing. This order arrived within 9 days (6 working days). I sent an e-mail to the "contact" for my label, but the telephone number only answered on an answering machine which said that all exchanges were by e-mail. I received a reply within a day, with apologies. The order was resumed and scheduled for 48 hours ... I'm still waiting, it's already been 4 days ... in short, I'm disappointed, we're already 15 days from the start of the school year ... announced deadlines not respected ...

I am very disappointed because I ordered three weeks ago, thinking I would have time to prepare my daughter's clothes. I had to call and ask about the labels and was told that due to an error they did not print them and that is why it was taking so long. The person who took care of me never apologized for the delay. I have read several comments about other delays. I like the product but the service is disappointing.

The labels are really pretty and original. It's a real change from the roll labels we used to cut! You can choose the colors to match your clothes, which is really nice! Delivery is very fast.
