Absolutely love the stickers and iron on labels.I buy them every year for my granddaughters school clothes and pencils. There are lots of picture designs and colours for her to choose from. I know I could probably get them cheaper but the quality and assurance knowing they work well means I'll always re purchase from Petit-Fernand.

I had problems with delivery, the package had not arrived I contacted support and they were so prompt to reprint and resend the labels right away

I had not received my order. I contacted the lady who directly answered my questions and made the necessary arrangements. I had the choice of either being reimbursed or reordering at their expense. Quality work, thank you. I'll be back.

Punctuality and most importantly perfect label that holds up to washing

The package was lost, the company took care to resend it at no extra cost and it arrived fast and perfect. The labels are really simple and beautiful, although they occasionally come off in the wash but I chose for speed and convenience the ones not to be ironed on clothes so even if they do come off the cost is so low that it is worth putting it back on and without any effort. Great!
