The labels never arrived at my home. On the plus side: very responsive after-sales service! However, to return the labels by express delivery, I had to pay the 9.50 charge. I don't think it's my responsibility to pay the express shipping costs in order to receive the labels in time at my home. I have therefore requested a refund. I will not be ordering from this site again.

Again and again with pleasure. My daughter already had the stickers from EsIstMeins in kindergarten and even after almost 3 years they are still sticking. I also ordered some for my son, unfortunately they didn't arrive the first time, but they sent me new ones straight away. Great service and super quality.
