Shipped on April 19, my labels arrived on May 9.... I find it very long!!! On the other hand, I'm discovering the self-adhesive clothing labels, and I'll have to see how well they hold up in the long run, but they're a great idea! Bravo also for increasing the number of colors and patterns!

Box lunch and gourd: second time I've ordered and shipping was fast. I had one of the closures broken for the second order but it was quick to replace it. Nice product). Missing the necessary for. Clean the gourd properly... But otherwise nothing to complain about. The self-adhesive labels, on the other hand, peel off after several washes. So I didn't use them again.

Order placed was a bit hectic, but my fault to begin with. I got the wrong product (sticky instead of iron-on) and customer service was very understanding. Exchanged without difficulty. But I didn't receive the labels. After a reminder, the service sent back the order, which I received with a little more delay than 48 hours. The labels are very pretty. Not yet tested for use. In conclusion, great customer service (despite a few setbacks) and a lovely product.
