Very fast delivery and totally compliant with my order. The prices are reasonable, I am totally satisfied.

Labels for school trips are a must: they're self-adhesive or iron-on. There are plenty of them in the notebook.

Super nice and efficient

I ordered a lunch box for my son, within s few days the lid broke, which I informed to Petit Ferdinand, they mentioned they would send me a replacement ... there weeks later I am still waiting. The products are really nice, I have bought the clothing labels and they are fantastic, unfortunately the issue with lunch box has been really disappointing.

I ordered the bottle in my son's name, and it's really top-notch, the only downside being that the cap is too difficult to open and close on its own for a 3-year-old.

Very nice stickers, I haven't washed anything yet and can't say if they hold up. Shipping took about 5 days approx.

What can I say,! I rarely take time to write reviews but these guys deserve it so much. My lookalike "cheque book" labels never arrived but an empty envelope did so I contacted Royal Mail to raise my concern and log a complain. RM asked me to contact Petit Fernand to ask them to put a claim through and that they would contact me, to this day I haven't heard from the RM. On the other hand, I contacted Petit Fernand and within 30 minutes hey have already replied to my e-mail and after 2 e-mails explaining the situation, they agreed to resend the labels at no cost. I don't know many companies which would have done that but Petit Fernand has now got a lifelong customer. Brilliant customer service. Well done PF, we need more companies like you! Merci
