The labels I ordered were exactly what I expected.

I ordered the personalized lunch boxes for myself and my son, which really aren't cheap. Unfortunately, after the third wash (hand washing the lid as instructed), the adhesive label with the name and pattern came off. I am disappointed. Update: very great customer service, I received a new lunch box with the sticker firmly stuck on. THANK YOU!

A lot of my Christmas gifts this year are going to be homemade, so I ordered labels from Petit-Fernand to say "Homemade by Kat, with love" so the recipients don't need me to physically tell them. I ordered 3 sets of labels on the 6th May and received them on the 15th of May. I was surprised by how beautiful the book they arrived in was! I assumed it would just be a few sheets in an envelope but it was so much nicer than that. I would 100% recommend this company. I rarely need the items that they sell, but I've bookmarked their page for when I do need them.

I bought some self-adhesive labels for clothes, the design is well reproduced compared to the model, but some labels come off in the first wash, which is a shame. The strength of the adhesive needs to be reviewed. Thanks
