Pretty labels, but they do not withstand washing. The thermoadhesive ones came off in the first wash. Too bad, could have been a nice idea ??

Hello, Normally I am completely satisfied. However, this time, there were duplicate labels and others were not there that I had ordered. It's a shame. The quality is also sometimes not the same.

Correction: I love labels, that's why I always order them on this website and I will continue to do so, unfortunately this time they have taken a long time, so long that I thought something had happened and that they were not going to arrive. Delivery too long. I really thought about sending my order back because I had to buy other stickers for the start of school.

Until the order was completed on the site everything was perfect. Then in the shipping status it kept saying DELIVERED PRIORITY MAIL which is not clear whether it was delivered to the shipping service or to the user. Attempts made to get a response were all null and void....

Satisfied with the product. But very long delivery time... My first order was received in 5 days, this one in 3 weeks ...

BEFORE:The product never arrived AFTER: I made arrangements for a refund which arrived immediately, it is true I did not get the product but, the service was efficient and timely. On a future occasion I will try to purchase again.

Significant delay and I paid for expedited shipping.

Worse than I expected. The tuper very expensive for the drawing and the name to be a sticker instead of coming engraved on the plastic. A disappointment.

I'm very disappointed because at first glance everything looks great, the labels stick easily (I do it with my son), the pattern is pretty, the size practical to stick but at the 1st wash big disappointment because most of the labels have peeled off and collected anywhere on the clothes or even in the washing machine ....

Hello this year I'm a little disappointed with one wash the labels come off the garment whereas last year I ordered some and I was delighted because I washed them several times and the labels never came off.

Hi, I paid almost 10 euros for fast shipping, i.e. 24-48 hours, and the stickers arrived after a week, when I no longer needed them.

The labels are very nice with good print quality. Alas, the ones attached with the iron came off already after the first few washes at 30 degrees. We will try it with the stamp. EDIT: I was later contacted by customer service and received a second package of working labels free of charge.

The labels for the supplies do not fit at all on the pens, markers, pencils . At the price it costs, I'm disappointed.

The products are very good while the shipping took much longer than expected when the order was placed. This is a recurring problem every time I have purchased from you.

I washed the bags before using them following the washing instructions and I think they shrunk a bit. They have also become very wrinkled.

I have ordered before with them and everything was fine, but this time I paid 9euros for express shipping and it arrived a week later and, when I wrote to them asking, they replied that shipping can take up to 7 days unless I pay the premium I paid to receive it in 48hrs maximum

Perfect labels as always, exaggeratedly long wait time. The package was initially delivered to a wrong address (not my fault), then sent back to correct address but with almost 1 month wait.

Very bad labels, sticks ok on things like bottles but labels on clothes have all come off in the washing machine. Do not recommend especially for uniform. Also delivery takes about 3 weeks not the estimates 10 working days

The stickers were very good, they met my expectations, but the shipping service was pretty bad. I paid for fast shipping in 48 hours and the stickers arrived 8 days later (when they arrived I didn't even need them...) it's better to take the normal shipping even if they take a month to arrive.

After 12 days, I received someone else's order. I was told that the vouchers had been sent back, but still no news, it's been over a week. And not even a commercial gesture...

The package did not arrive and they had to send me a second package which, although delayed, finally arrived.

The product is of good quality, but to wait 15 days and when you make the purchase it says 48 hours, it is misleading.
