I did not receive my first order of labels and I sent an email. A very kind person answered me directly and sent me back thank you C-Monetiquette team?

Bad experience: ordered but delivery never received. I report it (lost packages happen!), they offer me to send the package back or a refund, I can choose! I ask for a new shipment... but I receive an email in the evening that validates a refund... so I'm back to square one after waiting 3 weeks and without them even respecting my choices. Not very professional. UPDATE: commercial gesture offered to compensate => I'm changing my bill, thank you.

Fast, friendly and courteous processing. Unfortunately, our order was lost in the post over the holidays. That can happen. However, we were helped immediately and the money was refunded. We would have liked to place a new order. However, due to the short notice, we decided on manual labeling. Maybe next time.

Order placed at the beginning of January and never received. However, after contacting customer service, they gave me the choice of redoing the order at their expense or getting a refund. I needed them for my son's ski trip with the school and as I didn't receive them, I asked for a refund. So I'm waiting a few days to be sure I've received it.

The products are of good quality, which is why I recommended them again, but there's no point in paying for express delivery as my labels took over two weeks to arrive. I recommend that you order in advance.

Fast delivery and beautiful labels I recommend

I was disappointed that the order that was supposed to be guaranteed by Christmas arrived later, I wrote several times and you told me (only after I picked up the package, because you didn't respond before) that I could return it at my own expense. I don't see why I should have to pay for a mistake that was not mine.

I purchased the preschool kit com adhesive labels for items, shoes and clothes. I was initially skeptical about the strength of the adhesive especially on washable items (lunch boxes, glasses, cutlery) and on clothes instead they are absolutely great! I have washed clothes with prewash at 60° and the thermoadhesive labels have not shifted one iota, the dishes I have washed in the dishwasher and they are still flawless! I absolutely recommend and will continue to order in the future without fail!!!

Perfect? I've been ordering from their site for a few years now and I've never been disappointed.

My order was cancelled because the shipping company did not handle the shipment to the Canary Islands.

After 11 days I asked when I can expect the order. It was uninsured shipping, so I should please be patient until today. Strangely enough, my order arrived today as registered mail? Strange, then it wasn't sent the day after I ordered it, as I was told! If I hadn't asked, the goods wouldn't have arrived today. Too bad! I'm out for dishonesty. I have ordered 3 times in the past and everything always went smoothly. This is just not honest for me. You could have communicated openly that it wasn't sent.
