I love the personalization principle, with its pretty designs, colors and fonts, and the fast delivery! But iron-on labels don't stand up to machine washing... Too bad! The self-adhesive ones are a little more resistant. I was expecting more resistance, but on the other hand, if you want to give/sell clothes, it's more practical without your child's first name!?? I'll be buying more, as the personalization works really well.
My order arrived after almost a month and the labels were also wrong. They were sent back to me corrected and received after another 20 days. Really bad experience..too bad because the labels are very nice.

I have ordered Petit-Fernand products so many times now, and not only labels but also gifts (lunch boxes, etc). All the products are of very good quality, durable and well made, besides the fact that they are very pretty. The labels in particular are very useful, durable and really cute. Even the ones for the clothes, despite many washings, are durable and never come off. Finally, I must commend the customer service, which is very efficient and always helpful. When faced with an order that did not arrive at its destination, they did not hesitate to put it back into production at their expense. I would say they have won my loyalty. I really recommend these products to everyone because, beyond aesthetics, they are all useful things that we moms are always looking for!
