The bottles arrived broken and with the wrong personalization. They were sent back and one of them arrived without the straw. I asked for a refund but I had to pay for the bottle to be sent back!

I highly recommend this site for ordering very nice, high quality labels. The ones I put on my son's clothes three years ago are still there, and I've just bought some for my other son who's going on a snow class.
