Creating the name labels is easy and leaves plenty of room for creativity. They were dispatched within a few days. Unfortunately, I am disappointed with the labels themselves. They look great, but are very difficult to remove. If you have to label a large quantity, it's quite tedious and unnecessarily time-consuming. I have often ordered labels from here before and have always been very satisfied, and have recommended them to everyone. It would be nice if the manufacturer could return to the old quality ?

I bought some self-adhesive labels but didn't receive my order on time, so I contacted their customer service department. Very quick response and perfect solution! I finally received my order 🙂 Highly recommend.

I think the bottle with straw is super good. Unfortunately, my daughter threw it off her high chair and the cap on the lid broke. I would say it was my own fault. I then wanted to order a new lid and they sent me the right one straight away without me having to pay anything. It was quick, super friendly and always lovingly packaged with stickers for the little mouse. A clear recommendation to buy!

The labels are beautiful but unfortunately my parcel arrived all wet because of the rain, so the labels aren't as "flat" as they should be. I hope they will stick well in time.

I always use Petit-Fernand when purchasing name labels for my kids school clothes etc. The stickers stay on so well, even repeatedly going through the washing machine. Lots of options when designing and good delivery time.

Thanks to customer service for its follow-up and for the free return of the first order that I hadn't received. Nice little label booklet format, practical system! I've had nothing but good feedback from the moms who've recommended the product, so I'm leaving confident for future washes!

Great stick-on labels. Easy to apply and no glue left on the iron.

They sent me someone else's stickers. The replacement ones seem fine but they arrived about 3 weeks after I ordered them. I needed them for a children's camp and they didn't arrive in time. I would not expect a small simple order to take 3 weeks. Polite customer service but no refund or discount was offered. Dissatisfied customer.

Disappointed with the labels which are very hard to remove, and come off the garment after 2 washes. First time for me for the attractive price but disappointed.
