Dear Mabel, We are sorry and hope that you will have use of the labels another time in the future. It actually does not say on the website that delivery is in 48 hours but manufacturing (and therefore shipping). These are custom products that need to be custom fabricated, not pre-made. Delivery times are clearly stated on the site "For orders shipped to Italy, delivery times by priority mail theoretically correspond to 2-3 additional working days.
