Very happy with the labels. Perfect. Just like we wanted them. Fair cost. We requested a kindergarten package. I was expecting the material after 48 hours. Not seeing it arrive I sent an e-mail and was immediately sent a reply also by e-mail. I was told that outside France it would take more days to receive the package. We were delighted. The child has just started nursery school. Until he is 6 years old... We will buy labels more times.

Chilling experience to say the least. Suffice it to say that I was emailed for one who misunderstood their terms of sale. I strongly criticized the use of an untraceable postal service to ship the labels, well I ordered September 9 and still don't have the labels. They will tell you they are still on time to receive them, sure, they count 10 business days...as if it is normal nowadays to wait more than 10 days for an order. On top of that, they send me the email to evaluate the shopping experience but hear hear: I still haven't received the order so what the heck am I supposed to evaluate??! If I have to evaluate the experience so far I say absolutely terrible.
