Having received some labels I was disappointed that the perforations were not cut through so labels were spoilt when releasing from background BUT after my first review the company contacted me and sent me replacements. Excellent service and new labels were perfect. Really impressed with company.

Absolutely brilliant. Stickers arrived quickly and are of great quality. Love the little booklets they come in (which are easy to store away and also means I won't lose/ misplace any sheets) and the kids loved the extra Christmas stickers included. Would highly recommend and will re-order in the future when these name stickers run out.

It's not easy to remove the sticker from the sticker sheet. Each time, a piece of plastic came with it. This now leaves an irregular piece of sticker. So far, the stickers are sticking well.

Never disappointed, I've been using them for several years now, and they're always top quality and original, because you can create them to suit your children's tastes... it's a shame there's no plastic protection, because this is the 1st time they've arrived all wet (storm and tempest). But despite that, after a little tap on the radiator, they're usable and haven't lost their resistance, so they're great...

A few labels came off in the wash. A pity, because it's really very practical.

Quick and easy order, I took the Mix booklet with labels for clothes and objects, to prepare my little one's school trip. The assortment is very good, the personalization is quick and easy. The labels are very pretty, solid and easy to apply. Received in 72 hours. Excellent value for money. I highly recommend it.

I am leaving a very mixed review. I Have used the Company many times to order both the iron-on clothing labels and stick-on shoe labels. Although delivery has been on slow side I have always been very happy with product quality. However, I placed an order approx 3 weeks ago now and it still hasn't arrived. I had a text from a lady in Manchester 10 days ago saying that she had been sent my order with (of course) my childrens name visible and my phone number (surely a GDPR breach?). When I called Petit Fernand to ask what was going on (about 7 days ago) they seemed to know about the problem already. They apologised and offered to repost my labels (which have still not arrived) and they did also offer me a discount code for the future. This morning I received an envelope from Petit Fernand.... containing someone elses labels!!! The Company currently seem to be experiencing a multiple shipping failure and breach of GDPR. And if so, why did they not contact me upon realising the problem

Perfect! The little booklet is very practical and the labels are sturdy. I ordered the crèche pack and the "object" labels hold very well on the bottles, even after several washes. I had a problem with my order, but customer service is top-notch and very responsive, and a solution was found very quickly. I'm delighted

I like the garment stickers . First I ordered them but they didn't arrive must have got lost in the post . After notifying you , you sent me the same stickers for free and they arrived promptly. I was very pleased with the stickers .
