I placed the order three weeks ago and I am still waiting. I contacted customer service and still have no response. They do not deliver on time at all. I hope they will give me an answer as soon as possible or refund my money.
I did not receive my order
I am still waiting for the product, when I was initially told that I would have it in 72 hours and then I was told 3 to 10 working days. I am still waiting after more than three weeks of ordering. It's a shame, hopefully it will arrive by Christmas, and I wanted it for the start of our children's school. Last year the same thing happened and we fell again trusting you.
I still haven't received my parcel, dated August 30, 2023, even though it's now September 16, so I can't comment favorably on my experience !!!!

I have not received my order yet
Despite several messages sent to find out when I would receive my order. It arrived two weeks later or more. Then when I realized that I was mistaken on a number, it told me that my order was sent but I received it on a week after ??. Disappointed because my previous orders went very well.
2 orders. Both never arrived. The refund was made quickly. We will certainly not order there again. Very disappointing.
Order arrived after one month and that only because I phoned to see what happened with my order...if not I would have received nothing.
Part of the delivery (the address labels) were simply not delivered although they were confirmed in the AB.

The labels keep peeling off clothing

Poor quality labels, they peel off after 1/2 washes. I lost time and money. Catastrophic experience
The labels don't take the hexagonal shape of the pencils and end up peeling off. I used to order from a competitor's site and their labels take the shape well and don't come off. The C mon etiquette labels come off the object and stick together in my son's pencil case. Very disappointed.
After almost a month waiting, I have not received the order, which is supposed to have been sent twice.... When I ask for explanations they only tell me that they have no idea what has happened... lousy customer service and no ability to solve the problems they cause the customer....

I ordered the labels on August 29th and still have not received anything. I contacted them, they replied saying I could choose whether they would re-release the order or reimburse me, I replied and I'm still waiting I needed the labels for the beginning of September for my two children and I haven't been able to label anything. They sent me exactly half the number of stickers I ordered from each pack. I ordered 2 packs of 50 units and they sent 25 units, and the last one was a pack of 60 and they only sent 30 units.

I bought a water bottle for my daughter. I'm very disappointed, it's really heavy and the cap is impossible for a child to open. 22 e for not using it. What a shame!
I placed the order on August 29,they say that the labels are sent in 48h.they were sent on the 4th and arrived on September 12.it seems to me a long time 2 weeks to receive some stickers.I will not repeat,besides I had to call a 902,I left a message on the answering machine and no one contacted me.The quality of the labels at least is good,but the girl started school with everything unlabeled.

The company advertises 48-hour production and immediate dispatch - unfortunately, in my case, production has already taken around 14 days. Hands off this store from France!
I paid 10 for express delivery in 48h, the parcel arrived in 96h... missed my daughter's first day of school.
I bought 2 bottles of very good quality but the snack box is much less so. The label with the design and name is simply glued on. It's supposed to be machine washable but the machine will probably permanently remove the design. Rather disappointed
Delivery time not respected
I paid 10 euros for fast shipping and didn't receive it on time. Customer service didn't even make a commercial gesture, very little communication. Very disappointing. I won't recommend them again.
I only received one of the 2 orders placed on the same day with 2 different promo codes. I paid the shipping for the 2 orders. I am very disappointed.
