I am very disappointed because I had ordered the labels and I had paid the most expensive delivery to be delivered before the start of the school year. I placed my order on Thursday afternoon and asked for delivery in 24 hours. Chronopost delivered at 10 and normally I should have received it on Saturday, but I finally received it on Monday.

Unfortunately, even the last labels I had purchased to attach to my son's colors are not doing the trick.... I just now finished sticking strips of tape over each one because they were already peeling off (and I stuck them on last night). The heat stickers often came off after just a few washes.... I would say it was not a positive purchase....

It has been over two weeks and still no labels. I followed up today to say there was a postage issue which absolutely doesn't make any sense. Ther is no confirmation to say labels have dispatched or tracking number. There are other companies that arena lot quicker and less admin!

First time using these labels after previously having used iron on labels from the local uniform shop and other websites. About 75% peeled off after the first wash. I followed the instructions exactly and only wash non 30°. The shoe stickers have stayed on so far, but will not bother purchasing the iron on labels again

They do not meet the shipping deadlines. I placed an order in August and even though they sent me another package that was supposed to arrive on September 5th at the latest, I am still waiting for that second shipment and NOTHING, it has not arrived. The worst of all is that I send emails to their customer service email to inquire about my order (since they do not do it) and there is little or no response from them. I don't know if they are planning to send me a third shipment now because the tracking of the package is NEGATIVE.

I ordered stickers on August 28, never arrived. You can't track the shipment, there is no tracking number, they entrust the French postal services with what you purchased and then no one knows anything about your shipment anymore. You call customer service and they don't know what to answer unless we process a refund. And you're left without personalized first and last name labels on the eve of your child starting school. So don't buy because if you buy and they get to you it's just luck.

I'm very disappointed to be writing this review as a repeat customer for a number of years. I ordered numerous labels on Wed 23.08 in the late afternoon, and received an order confirmation telling me the items would be shipped within 48 hours (also indicated on the website). However, this didn't happen, and with no apology or explanation for the delay, the items were not shipped until Mon 28.08. Delivery was stated as 3-10 business days. Fast forward to 11.09 and still no parcel. Contacting customer services, I received a “it'll be there soon, have a nice day” type of response, and I'm still waiting some 3 weeks since placing the order. I'm aware delivery delays are out of their control, but I have now had to purchase labels from elsewhere for my daughter's school items as I simply cannot wait any longer. In 2023, non-trackable delivery simply doesn't cut the mustard anymore and I'll sadly be taking my business elsewhere.
