Ordered on 29th Aug and still not received my order after nearly 3 weeks. Emailed them and no reply at all. Update: Since this post, I have received a reply from the seller. Stickers arrived at the end of September. The quality was good. It was sent from France hence the long wait.

I was very happy with the fast delivery but what a pity when the product arrived I bought a tasting box but the top was badly stuck with pocs so frankly considering the price really not very well done. The product didn't even look new. Two stars because the labels were good. It's a pity you can't put pictures.

I take labels every year, so I'm always happy with them, they hold up well. I'm just disappointed with the Christmas stickers because they're expensive for what they are. And I didn't choose the right color for the text on the website. It looked good but in real life you can't see the name very well, which is a shame. As for the quality, nothing to say.

The stickers are in themselves, like writing and color quality, but they can not stick well on pens for that I have deducted a star. In addition to the package I had ordered 60x2 (for 2 children) mini stickers for pens but instead of minis larger ones arrived. Unfortunately, the delivery time is quite long (10 days) that did not suit me at all, for that I also deduct a star. it would be nice if it was visible before purchasing now I have complained about these defects and it also came immediately a feedback. They are sending me stickers again at their expense and I hope that they stick well this time. I also liked the fact that they stapled it together as a booklet and described how to use it. All the stickers are waterproof. I have often washed the lunch boxes and bottles in the dishwasher and am satisfied. As a gift, they included their own logo as a sticker and lots of other colorful stickers. My boy was delighted and immediately decorated his lunch box with them. I bought gourds for my grandchildren in 2021 and 2022. The bottles are very pretty. However, I was disappointed with the stoppers, which are very difficult for children to open and the stoppers are broken. It's a shame that these bottles have to stay in the cupboard.

Order process was easy and the children enjoyed choosing their designs. Delivery isn't the fastest but that was made clear when I ordered. The extra fun stickers are a nice touch but I would rather have paid less or got more name stickers for my money as they will be wasted - my children are 9 and 11. Frustratingly, a couple of the and stickers I stuck into clothes came off in the first wash and I found them stuck to other things. I've never had this problem with the brand I usually use. If any more come off, I will approach the company for a refund. I probably won't order from here again.
