The labels are attractive and well-made. The clothing and shoe labels stick well. As for the clothes, I put them in the washing machine and the labels stuck well 🙂

The order took much longer to arrive than I was told at the time of purchase.

It did not arrive when it was supposed to, even though I paid for it to arrive in 24-48 hours. But to say that they refunded me the money, and that says a lot about you I will count on you again when I need it.

The page advertised 48-hour delivery, and it arrived after 2 weeks, when the school year had already started, and therefore I no longer needed the identification tags.

Incident in the shipment, if I do not claim it I would still be waiting. Given the error could track the same or express shipping.

In fact, my labels were sent to someone else! Fortunately, the person who received them had the good sense to send me an SMS to let me know (my number was written on the labels!) and was kind enough to send them to me by post. All's well that ends well, but I don't know what happened on your side to make my order end up with someone else...

I always order with you for my kids, this time I also ordered something for a friend - so the names in teh order were obviously different. But you put them all in one booklet, so for the present of my friend it looked a bit weird.

Product arrived on time. Well made and seems durable too! I recommend it

I ordered 2 new stoppers for my son's water bottle because he had broken the original stopper. Disappointed with both the order process (long delivery time, incomprehensible parcel tracking as it was indicated as "Léa") and the reception of the 2 stoppers as they were in the box without any protective paper, an invoice, nothing. And the stoppers are extremely hard to close, impossible for a small child to give the necessary force to really clip the stopper, so the gourd always remains ajar. I'd already ordered quite a few labels from the site without any problem, but now I'm reluctant to recommend them, which is a shame.

The presentation is very good, but the object labels, after only a week of using them in the canteen and tupperware, have come unhooked....

The order was supposed to arrive on the 11th and it arrived on the 18th, I am not happy with the delay.

Usually very happy with the labels, here I'm disappointed with the sticky labels for clothes. They don't stick to textiles at all compared to the old ones. On the other hand, the labels for objects are great.

Satisfied with the, but very disappointed with your after sales service. I have a problem with the late delivery. I ordered the labels on Wednesday 6/09, paying an extra charge (9.95 in total) for delivery in 24 hours. I received the labels on Tuesday 12/09. I sent you an email on Monday 11/09 about this and to date (Tuesday 19/09) I haven't seen any returns... an error in delivery, that can happen. But not replying to my email and not taking the necessary steps to rectify the situation is negligence.

The status of the item was not up to date, it was still in "shipped" while I received the order. When we want to order it doesn't have many options and between sticky labels and for object it doesn't have the same models and we can't remove later the sticky labels.

I order regularly from this site and was very disappointed with my last order! - self-adhesive labels for clothes: in the end, they can't be stuck directly onto the fabric, but only onto a label, for example - "left-right" shoe labels ... I ordered 30, but ended up with 30 units and not 30 lots, given what I received ... and this wasn't explained when I added them to my basket and in the description, it says "sold in LOTS of 5", and they also sell simple shoe labels - I paid 2 extra for a tracked letter, which wasn't tracked because even today it's noted that my parcel will be picked up by the carrier even though I received it. But they reimbursed me for this.

I entered the code for free shipping, but still paid the shipping cost. I wrote email, no response. Too bad I don't think I will buy again.The labels are nice and stick well.

Thanks to writing a bad review they replied 5 days later to my emails that I had not received stickers since August 31 Solved they will send them again.

The labels are nice, but the invitation cards are very average. They are small, the cardboard is thin and the so-called envelopes are to be constructed and cannot be used for mailing. Very disappointing item?

Rather positive first impression. But the 1st machine wash and the labels come off...

Ordered on 29th Aug and still not received my order after nearly 3 weeks. Emailed them and no reply at all. Update: Since this post, I have received a reply from the seller. Stickers arrived at the end of September. The quality was good. It was sent from France hence the long wait.

3 stars because the site is nice in itself, but I made a mistake on a letter for the label of the schoolbag, they did nothing to help me... So yes, the mistake wasn't theirs, but a little gesture would have been nice. ???????

I was very happy with the fast delivery but what a pity when the product arrived I bought a tasting box but the top was badly stuck with pocs so frankly considering the price really not very well done. The product didn't even look new. Two stars because the labels were good. It's a pity you can't put pictures.

I've been ordering from Cmonétiquette for several years, and this is the 1st time I've needed a fast delivery, paid for in addition to my delivery. It didn't arrive on time, worse, it took longer than a normal delivery, because I wasn't able to pick it up, and the next day, I paid more for nothing.I'm disappointed.

I am very disappointed that I paid for express delivery and received my parcel 5 days later.

Fairly fast delivery, only a special offer was advertised but not applied (2 snack boxes) I don't think that's right. Upon delivery I received the package completely open and 1 box damaged. I don't think I can honestly recommend it.

The stickers are in themselves, like writing and color quality, but they can not stick well on pens for that I have deducted a star. In addition to the package I had ordered 60x2 (for 2 children) mini stickers for pens but instead of minis larger ones arrived. As a gift, they included their own logo as a sticker and lots of other colorful stickers. My boy was delighted and immediately decorated his lunch box with them. Lovely Stickers but doesn't stick well. Some of my daughters stickers are falling out already!
