Perfect order and delivery

Fast and accurate delivery.

The labels, just put in envelopes, are not in good condition when they arrive at my home. For the price I expected better packaging. I hope the quality of the labels will outweigh the packaging.

The choice of labels was limited. Also, the labels don't stick as well as they used to; they peel off easily after washing (even though they are washed at low temperature and not tumble-dried), which is a shame. I don't think I'd recommend the site, to my great disappointment.

I ordered some labels for my clothes. The presentation of the product was exceptional. Quick delivery. I will order again.

I have already placed several orders but would like to have the designs updated. Some are far too childish while these labels are not necessarily for the exclusive use of those with children. Already last year I recommended that the chicken be included among the animals, for example. Even Christmas labels could be customizable if the name of the giver could be included. These are just a few ideas.

I've used these labels for a few years now, usually they are great. However, the last 2 books i have putchased have started peeling off clothes after a couple of washes. Pretty expensive when I'm having to replace the labels on clothes every few months.

Stickers are great as always! The customer service also leaves nothing to be desired ?

Lovely stickers though delivery was much slower than anticipated and arrived outside of the delivery time. Stickers have adhered well to the items I've used them on.

I bought these around 18 months ago for my sons nursery clothes. The stick in labels are so easy to use and they don't come off in the wash. My son had them on his clothes for over a year washing weekly and they still haven't budged. We also have the iron in ones for socks and they are the same. Haven't budged in over a year despite constant washing. I've just bought some more to label his clothes the next size up. Fabulous customer service when my order didn't arrive. Sent another one out straight away only for it to arrive a couple of days later. Seems you can't rely on Royal Mail nowadays. Couldn't recommend enough.

The product is very good and the shopping experience overall is good too. However, I still think that 2 weeks from order to delivery in the UK is far too much and should be improved.

I am very happy with the stickers. They are a good size and fit on the label of the clothing.

The package was delayed for a long time, the company with which they send is not of quality. The package arrived in an envelope all dirty, and in very very bad condition of the transport, very bad image.Luckily the product inside was not damaged. I think they should change the shipping method.
