Order never received. And when I report it, I am offered to resend or be reimbursed => I have a choice. I ask for a new shipment (I need the labels!) And the same evening I receive an email that validates a refund even though that's not what I asked for! Not very professional... why ask the customer what they want if you don't follow up on their answer? UPDATE: commercial gesture offered to compensate => I'm amending my bill, thank you!

I purchased 2 custom bags and a set of labels. I have not done any washes yet so I can check the actual durability of the label but the quality seems good. Aesthetically everything looks very nice. To be improved the shipping service which affect the total price.

Fast, friendly and courteous processing. Unfortunately, our order was lost in the post over the holidays. That can happen. However, we were helped immediately and the money was refunded. We would have liked to place a new order. However, due to the short notice, we decided on manual labeling. Maybe next time.

Order placed at the beginning of January and never received. However, after contacting customer service, they gave me the choice of redoing the order at their expense or getting a refund. I needed them for my son's ski trip with the school and as I didn't receive them, I asked for a refund. So I'm waiting a few days to be sure I've received it.

The products are of good quality, which is why I recommended them again, but there's no point in paying for express delivery as my labels took over two weeks to arrive. I recommend that you order in advance.
