Fast delivery and beautiful labels I recommend

I was disappointed that the order that was supposed to be guaranteed by Christmas arrived later, I wrote several times and you told me (only after I picked up the package, because you didn't respond before) that I could return it at my own expense. I don't see why I should have to pay for a mistake that was not mine.

The stamp is for my daughter-in-law, and I haven't been able to give it to her yet, so I don't have any experience at the moment Sorry.

I purchased the preschool kit com adhesive labels for items, shoes and clothes. I was initially skeptical about the strength of the adhesive especially on washable items (lunch boxes, glasses, cutlery) and on clothes instead they are absolutely great! I have washed clothes with prewash at 60° and the thermoadhesive labels have not shifted one iota, the dishes I have washed in the dishwasher and they are still flawless! I absolutely recommend and will continue to order in the future without fail!!!

Perfect? I've been ordering from their site for a few years now and I've never been disappointed.

My order was cancelled because the shipping company did not handle the shipment to the Canary Islands.

After 11 days I asked when I can expect the order. It was uninsured shipping, so I should please be patient until today. Strangely enough, my order arrived today as registered mail? Strange, then it wasn't sent the day after I ordered it, as I was told! If I hadn't asked, the goods wouldn't have arrived today. Too bad! I'm out for dishonesty. I have ordered 3 times in the past and everything always went smoothly. This is just not honest for me. You could have communicated openly that it wasn't sent.

I ordered a lot of labels for clothes and shoes 1 week before Christmas. In the new year, the letter still hadn't arrived (unlike promised in the email). So I asked support for advice and very quickly received a very accommodating solution: Money back or a new shipment. I opted for a reshipment and it really did arrive a few days later as promised. I bought these labels for school uniform etc, labelled everything up, to find I had ordered the wrong labels for clothing. This was entirely my mistake, so I have reordered the correct labels as have had great experience in the past! Fast, high-quality label

Good quality labels. The labels for marking clothes are great - I much prefer them to iron-on labels. What's more, the printing is good. I did add some scotch tape to mark my felt-tips and pencils for my son in cp who might have fun peeling them off. Good buy, I recommend it.
