It has been 15 days since the purchase and I still have not received my order. I have filed a claim and they tell me that there has been a problem with the printing of the labels and that they will do it again. Instead of sending it to me by express mail they send it by ordinary mail without even a tracking number to give me. I am still waiting for my package... a disaster!
