My order has still not arrived after three weeks

The stickers after two weeks did not arrive and I was refunded everything.

Order has not arrived

The stickers are far too big and don't really hold

Horrific. Paid for name labels that never arrived. Was told they'd been shipped but never received an email to this effect. Slow customer service response and have now stopped responding, despite having taken my money and not provided the goods. Avoid!

I have not yet been delivered the products ordered on August 17, 2023

Most came off on the first wash?!

I placed the order on Aug. 17 and it never arrived, they sent back at their expense a second order on Aug. 30 and that too never arrived I was hoping to receive it before day 11 now my child starts school and I don't have the labels for the uniforms

Ordered in August. Still not arrived last week so messaged with my order number. They reply to ask if it's the correct address. It was a complete different name and address to my address somewhere in Kettering.my order confirmation email states my correct address. I tell them it's incorrect and let them know my order confirmation shows my name and address. They then begin to call me Cara (wrong name after I've told them my name is Leanne) which was the name who lives at the address they have written down incorrectly. I still have no order and nobody is helping. I want my money back and will purchase elsewhere. ! I have emailed and called please take a look at your emails I've left three now ! Contacted on social media also but no reply. My daughters are at school one just started secondary school and we have no labels In Clothing and no reply to my emails to send me what I've purchased!

Completely wrong order

Labels not arrived 2 messages: Automatic response then response with waiting for the deadline with the post office .... yet with indication of delivery. I'm waiting for the rest

Last year the same thing happened the shipping is lousy, the quality of the stickers is good but the shipping is not recommended at all, the stickers will arrive in November.

The labels are very pretty and practical. My daughter was delighted, but none of the labels held up in the wash. Very disappointing!

I complained about ordered goods and got one, actually two stupid answers.

Too long delivery time. They do not comply with the periods marked by them. I placed an order on 8/21/08 and today 8/09 it still hasn't arrived. I wrote an email and they have not even answered my questions. I think the delivery time is excessive because I will no longer be able to use it for this course. I do not recommend it

Placed an order which took about a week to arrive. Order arrived and had another child's names in the labels (GDPR breach?!?). I emailed instantly and was told they would send a replacement out free of charge, as if they were doing me a favour!!!. The next order also took a week to arrive and arrived after my children had already started back at school and I had had to purchase more labels from another supplier. I have been ordering from Petit-Ferdinand for 5 years and have always highly recommended the company to others. I feel like this experience has left a bitter taste in my mouth and I can't imagine ordering with them again in future or recommending them to others. Such a shame!!!!

Hello, I placed my first order on your site on August 14 to prepare for my son's first day of school, carefully labeling all his clothes. I opted for iron-on labels. In my opinion, this bonding technique made the labels "more resistant". With 3 days to go before the start of the school year, I did the first cleaning and... I found the labels completely unstuck! I had followed the instructions to the letter. So I'm forced to recommend "self-adhesive" labels. I'm extremely disappointed.

My order placed on.17/08 has not arrived.

About a month after sending, nothing has yet been received ... I understand non-tracking, but the time elapsed is far too exaggerated ...

Did not receive my order 1st time around then 2nd came later than expected and the labels are not sticking at all. The 1st time I ordered I had last year no problems so I used this company again however very disappointed this time round.

First order never received, still waiting for the reshipped order and not confident I'll ever receive it! Would like refund.

I can't recommend it, the price may be really attractive, but my order never arrived. Customer service is unwilling to help and subliminally pushes everything away. After a few emails I was supposed to receive a replacement, but this never arrived either. No more for us!

Received the wrong labels , still waiting for my replacement labels which apparently take up to 12 days? No express service available apparently which I found odd as it was their error. Disappointing

Placed an order on the 3/09/23 not yet received. Contacted company who said they would honour another order out to me. Not yet received again. 8/09/23. Granddaughter as started school now 6/09/23 with out any of her labels.

The stickers stick very poorly. Not recommended

Never received first order, still waiting for second, think its a scam, bad company.

Unfortunately, I can no longer make a positive statement, the non-adhesive labels were replaced by non-adhesive labels. As a result, the money was supposed to be refunded to me... as my account has not been changed in a long time, the money is now supposedly gone... Well, a long back and forth without any success. In addition, the shipping took forever.

I have not received the order until today?????? So I will not recommend you ????????
