The labels were delivered late. The maximum number of days (10 days) was not enough. The labels were probably also dried. The envelope with the contents was in poor condition. Unfortunately, the labels did not stick properly either. We have already had to replace many of them. I don't know what the problem is, but our labels are of very poor quality.

I placed an order for school supplies. I paid for express shipping so that it would arrive at my home within 24-48 working hours as indicated on the website. The order arrived in 5 days (counting Saturday and Sunday). So the delivery time is false. I sent emails but they don't even pay attention to you. The order arrived late and on top of that the block was wrinkled. I will not buy again or recommend it for anything.

The labels are very nice and of very good quality but they do not meet the delivery times. They only meet them if you pay the express service of almost 10 euros and even then you write to them and they do not solve your problem. I placed my ordered a month ago and still have not received it. I have contacted Petit-Fernand numerous times since my order was due and despite calls and emails, no one has bothered to get back to me. I am still waiting for either a call back or email or my order! My order wasn't cancelled and the money has been taken out of my account. There needs to be better customer service in place so if there is a long delay in the customer receiving their order we are fully aware.

Very long delivery time, poor quality. Does not stick to the triangular colored pencils. Also detach quickly from the edge of other pens. Shoe stickers do not hold well or for long. Very disappointing.
