When choosing the shipping method it did not indicate that express shipping was almost 10. You didn't see it until after you paid in full. So, it almost cost as much for shipping as it did for the stickers.

So the standard delivery failed by 8 days more than stated. The after-shipment service worked well.

So the labels are perfect, no worries on the site, it's easy, but I asked for delivery in 24 hours and paid 950 for delivery in 24 hours, and I waited 4 days for delivery, so not very cool, but they did what was necessary very quickly. I'd still recommend them because the clothing labels are objects.... Good help for back-to-school

The product did not arrive on schedule and I had to call customer service twice asking where the product went because the tracking showed that it had already arrived at my house. I needed it before school started and I ordered it 3 weeks in advance but it arrived safely.

Purchase with delivery in 24h included Saturday, but not respected. So in the end I had to do without. And a customer service that does not respond to messages.

The gourds are beautiful but not delivered in 5 working days as advertised on the site. Annoying when you don't have the gift for the big day. The package was opened but nothing was missing.

Having paid for rapid delivery via chronopost, delivery scheduled for 02 September, I only received my parcel on Monday 4 September. Big disappointment for me who wanted to label my children's things before the start of the new school year.

Nickel label, correct delivery time. However, the gourd we received was damaged. We reported it and no reply. Too bad, I wouldn't recommend it and wouldn't recommend it either.

I bought gourds for my grandchildren in 2021 and 2022. The bottles are very pretty. However, I was disappointed with the stoppers, which are very difficult for children to open and the stoppers are broken. It's a shame that these bottles have to stay in the cupboard.

I usually order my labels and this year the delivery times were longer than normal.

Hello I paid almost 9 euros for a 24h delivery. Ok there was the weekend between but it took more than 6 days to receive the order.

The products are great but the delivery time was too long.

I am very satisfied with the products. The labels are beautiful and stick well. However, I am disappointed with the delivery. I paid an additional delivery fee (10) to be delivered in 24h and I received my order 4 days later...

It is all very nice design ... the bad thing is that the second day that the child returned from school had the bottle cap broken ... the good thing is that even if you do not have the cap if you cover it well does not lose water! But I would have liked it to be more resistant

Pretty but not durable

Order process was easy and the children enjoyed choosing their designs. Delivery isn't the fastest but that was made clear when I ordered. The extra fun stickers are a nice touch but I would rather have paid less or got more name stickers for my money as they will be wasted - my children are 9 and 11. Frustratingly, a couple of the and stickers I stuck into clothes came off in the first wash and I found them stuck to other things. I've never had this problem with the brand I usually use. If any more come off, I will approach the company for a refund. I probably won't order from here again.

I ordered two different names and it was only put in a booklet, which I didn't like because I put the name stickers in the school bags, so I won't be ordering anything from here again.

The product is very nice, but I thought I was ordering from a German website as it ends in .de. The fact that the product came from France meant that it took too long for me. Despite ordering on time during the vacations, the product only arrived after a good 2 weeks and school had already started.

Very expensive. In addition, we pay taxes at the end of the order while the prices are TTC ... promo when you buy two products, but the promo on free shipping are not cumulative ... misleading advertising ... I do not think I will recommend ...!!

The labels arrived when they said they would and the service was fine, but unfortunately they didn't stick on some of the things I needed them to and fell off in the washing machine (even though I followed the instructions to the letter). I have since ordered iron on labels from another company.

Ordered over 3 weeks ago. Tracked and says they have been delivered but they haven't. I went by peoples recommendations and feel very disappointed

Ordered labels for school uniform and were marked as delivered after waiting 10 days but didn't receive them. Took several attempts of reaching out to the company before they offered to resend or a refund. Patiently awaiting my refund now and disappointed as I'd heard such good things and the labels looked great on the website.

I paid extra for a 24h delivery and my parcel arrived... 72 hours later! So, for me, it's a totally useless extra charge. I wanted to ask for help but I corresponded with "a robot" and didn't find the help I needed.

Labels took more than 3 weeks to arrive. Left a review and messaged regarding the labels and was offered a refund or for them to be shipped again but they arrived before that was needed. I've applied them to the clothes and they seem to be sticking ok.

The heat adhesive labels are beautiful, the finish is great but the downside I find is that I do not end up fixing at all to the clothes and with washing and use they end up peeling off.

I have had no success with the iron-on labels. They have come off my sons school uniforms the first time I have washed them. I followed all instructions and it was a normal wash cycle. Thank you for the reply. I have not received an email.

The delivery took a while.

They look great but came off straight away in the washing machine! - I put them on the labels of clothes.

Long processing times

Unfortunately, I don't like the iron-on labels. The selection that was made on the homepage was not implemented as selected, so I now have labels that I didn't want. But maybe I made a mistake when I entered them. Apart from that, I found the delivery time of over two weeks too long for the price, so the product arrived later than required. The labels only fulfill their purpose to a limited extent when ironed on. However, customer service proved to be very friendly and accommodating and a solution was offered.

Took a long time to arrive, the stick on stickers aren't great and peel easily.

Get these every year and never had a problem with them however this year the arrived way after the date time and applied them as usual but the are all stuck inside my washing machine now for some reason. Customer services were amazing when they didn't arrive

I love the children's clothing labels, but the stationary labels are awful! They don't stick for long. I've put a few on my daughter's stationery, but after 24 hours, they all came off.

To date, no feedback has been received for the missing shoe labels.
