It's been 20 days since I ordered labels and still nothing on the horizon. The reason is {bad address}, knowing that I've never before had problems receiving my mail because of my address. And now I'm on hold, I don't know if I'm finally going to receive these labels.... I've asked for them to be sent back to me or for my money to be refunded, but to date nothing has been done and no one from customer service has been able to reply. The only answers I get on my mailbox are to confirm the accuracy of my address (a never-ending story).

Well received on time but "as luck would have it" I received a promotional code 2 hours after ordering and customer service refused to apply it. What's more, the labels come off very easily. At that point, there's not much point in sticking labels ...

I ordered twice and had no problems at all. Everything was perfect. A 3rd time for September, but the envelope was empty. Send a mail on the website and even phoned, never any answer.
