Bad. I placed an order that never arrived. The purchase was dated August 26th, and since delivery had not yet occurred in early September, I wrote to customer service. I received an email reply in which they "wished" me delivery on Sept. 11, which did not happen. I asked, therefore, for a refund and this time I received an automated reply email containing an invitation to review the service on this site!!!

Dear Emanuela, we are sorry for this situation. You may have understood that you would receive delivery in 48 hours but that is not what we propose. In fact from our email exchanges (not automatic these) we understood that the mail had lost her envelope. We offered to resend her order free of charge but she preferred a refund, and we did.
