My labels arrived in Guadeloupe in less than a week... The only downside was that I paid a 14-euro tax on arrival. But I'm very satisfied with the products and I was able to label all my son's things for his entry into the nursery.

I'm a little disappointed with the quality of the 2 items I ordered, isothermal bag !!!! and toiletry bag The bags are very light, I don't think they're high quality and the price was high. The plus is the writing of the child's first name and the decoration, but otherwise I'm disappointed.

I ordered at the beginning of the year, and the labels never arrived. However, I received a pleasant customer service which offered me a re-delivery or a refund of the order. I opted for a re-delivery, and the labels just arrived today, although delivery was estimated between the 20th and the 25th. In short, a month to receive a few labels, a very slow and dubious service (depends no doubt on the services of the post office - free letter with no tracking).

Great name labels, lovely bright colours and seem to be lasting really well on clothes so far. Delivery took a little longer than expected as I didn't realise they were based outside of the UK but otherwise great experience and would use them again.
The order did not arrive and a solution was found immediately.
I used iron-on labels. Despite following the 8sec procedure under the iron, the labels come off with each machine wash. I've already ironed the labels twice, but to no avail.

Good-quality labels, but the instructions should clearly state at the beginning that the tags are to be glued to the clothing labels. Unfortunately, we didn't see this until the end of the gluing process, and the tags came unstuck.
