Delivery was shockingly slow and the customer services were nonexistent - all I got was automated email. Also the quality of products were not good as one of the labels is very close to fall out after only one wash. Overall disappointed and won't order again.
I put the stickers on 2weeks before washing or wearing. After ONE WEAR & ONE wash at 30° they've started coming off. They are supposed to be washer, dryer & wear resistant. 20quid wasted. Do not recommend. Then they replied to this and said they had emailed me to resolve. That was a lie - i havent received any emails.
I still have not received the order. Awful delivery time
I've had sticky labels from you before however this time round I got the iron on labels and they came off in the first wash very disappointing
Didn't arrive
Used these labels every year and never had an issue. This year however the labels don't stick to anything. School only back 5 days and they have come off the school bags jumpers ties everything and didn't survive the first wash in the machine either. Really disappointed. Order number 4001521032
I still haven't received my order even though school has started!
Shipping was unsuccessful: the first package was lost and customer service was of little help; the second package (this time by courier) was delivered to a fermopoint far from home. I recommend working harder on the delivery and customer service part

I did not receive the material and the tracking code for the package was null, no one to get feedback from. Very bad service. The only saving grace was paying with paypall which made my money back.
The products ordered never arrived, at the moment the refund has not arrived yet.

Order never received
I have been ordering labels for school supplies from you for many years and I have never had any problems until this year, when the order showed as delivered and I had not received anything. I wrote to you in several ways and still have not received any response. I had to talk to the post office and manage the problem myself to find out where the labels were, and finally I got it.
Order received quickly. However, I spent a lot of time gluing the labels on the clothes for school. Once in the washing machine they came off.... Disappointed
I ordered gourd stoppers at the beginning of July and received a message apologizing for the delay due to the high level of demand. Then I received a message informing me that the parcel had arrived but when I went to the collection point they told me they didn't have my order.
Once you've followed all the instructions, the labels go right out of the machine as soon as you wash them for the first time...
We ordered our labels and unfortunately when they arrived, we had been sent someone else's instead of the ones we ordered. Not a huge issue, although frustrating, I understand these things can happen. But despite contacting the company immediately and being assured they would send replacements straight away for us, they eventually got round to dispatching the replacement labels today. That's six days later. Now I can understand a mistake happening as I say, what I can't understand is casually taking six days to begin the process of remedying the error. That sort of thing should be priority number one for a company, but instead of taking the opportunity to turn it into a positive and show that they will go out of their way to put things right, their response was essentially Yeah we're busy but they are on the way now. Absolutely dreadful attitude.
The order has not arrived and was supposed to be shipped on August 16. I have already sent two mails, and only got an automatic reply. This is the second time this has happened to me with you.
I placed an order for labels (with plenty of margin) to have everything ready to start school and they did not arrive. They offered to refund my money or send it again and I chose the second option because I needed them and they sent them again with regular shipping, so my son is starting school and the labels have not arrived yet.
The delivery was 2 weeks, whereas it is announced 48h. Once the order had been placed and paid for, we were told it would take 10 days. They should have warned us beforehand so that we wouldn't be late getting ready for our children's first day of school!
First delivery received but the name did not match that of my child. To date I have not received my order even though school started more than a week ago!
This is the second time I have asked for the purchased product to be sent to me and still no package has arrived. The address is correct and absolutely nothing has arrived in my mailbox after looking at it several times a day. I ask the postal worker and there is no package in my name.

Hello I glued 24 "object" labels on each of my son's markers and crayons, they didn't hold...they all came off. I had to put tape on each label, 24 times....given the price of your items I thought it was quality ... in addition to the time I had to use an entire roll of tape. I'm not satisfied Many parents around me didn't have your brand of labels and didn't need to use the tape, the label stuck very well to the markers and pencils.
WASTE OF TIME My labels still haven't arrived 3 weeks later and on my account it shows it's been delivered and yet I have received nothing! I have emailed twice still no reply! My daughter has started school already and I've had to write her name in !

Placed a order on the 25th of august and it said will be ready for shipment within 48 hours. But did not send till the 28th of august. It is now the 5th of september and still not turned up. Pretty sure it wont. I sent them a email Yesterday saying it has not come. They Send me a reply saying I have to wait till the 9th of september even tho on the website it says the 8th. So i sent a email back saying the 9th is no good I needed them for the 4th. And I would have to go out and buy more from a shop. To which they have not sent me a message back. Never agian. I need my money back now please 6 working days is plenty of time for them to come.

I still have not received my order after ordering it for the second time since the first one did not arrive either. After 8 working days it hasn't arrived and I don't know if I should order it a third time or get my money back? The fact is that I need them urgently
I placed an order paying an extra 9.50 euros for delivery in 24h and I received it 5 days later. Not very serious.
I paid a surcharge to receive the product in two days and it has been more than 15 days since I received it, and the tracking code for the shipment does not appear in the shipping company's locator. What is the next step?

After 2 weeks the order has still not been delivered and there is no traceability! Very dissatisfied!
I'm really disappointed that despite making a big thing of printing the labels within 48 hours on their marketing, the delivery timescale is 3-10 working days. Why so long to deliver a little pack of labels!!! It's been 10 days since I ordered and still no sign of them.
