I ordered the labels on August 29th and still have not received anything. I contacted them, they replied saying I could choose whether they would re-release the order or reimburse me, I replied and I'm still waiting I needed the labels for the beginning of September for my two children and I haven't been able to label anything. They could advise actual delivery times. A pity because I have bought from you before and I really like your products.

They sent me exactly half the number of stickers I ordered from each pack. I ordered 2 packs of 50 units and they sent 25 units, and the last one was a pack of 60 and they only sent 30 units.

I bought 2 bottles of very good quality but the snack box is much less so. The label with the design and name is simply glued on. It's supposed to be machine washable but the machine will probably permanently remove the design. Rather disappointed

I just now finished sticking strips of tape over each one because they were already peeling off (and I stuck them on last night). The heat stickers often came off after just a few washes....
