I have been ordering my children's labels from this site for several years. I have always been very satisfied. However, this year I'm a little disappointed because the labels don't stick. I regularly have to reposition them even though school has only been in session for a week.

Order received quickly. The choice of colors and symbols is correct and the creation quick. Very disappointed with the mini labels for pencils which don't hold on to the pencils and markers (the long edges come off if the pencils aren't big), I had to add tape to each label which was a real pain!

Stickers do not stick to simple pens. Other brands hold better and do not come off after 1 day. Shoe stickers, on the other hand, hold quite well.

I am surprised that when you get the labels is when they warn that it is better to put them on the label and not on the clothes because they can peel off with washing. Otherwise everything is fine.

The service was good, product arrived quickly.

Order took a long time to arrive

Took too long to come and my order was incomplete which took another 2 weeks to arrive which was too late as my son went back to school. Will not order again.

The stickers look really nice, but unfortunately they arrived later than expected. School had already started and so I couldn't put the stickers on the school utensils and clothes. That was a shame. Unfortunately, they don't stick as described. Unfortunately, that was my last purchase here.

Positive the quality of the labels, as negative that I placed my order in the month of July and just today September 8 I had them in my mailbox. I think they should stop working with the post office or give some alternative mailing option even if you have to pay separately. Correos is not competent and it makes you guys look bad.

Super to apply and fast with the iron but small disappointment 1st clothes washed in machine 1 week later it was completely Sorry! I found it on the window of the washing machine!

A little disappointed with the personalized snack box, I thought the printing was directly on the box but it's a sticker stuck on and there was a little air bubble so it wasn't as pretty. Could I have bought a snack box elsewhere and put an object label with the name on it? The labels are nice and high quality.

Good morning, the labels, like many other people, have not arrived and school is about to start. In the ", track shipment" section they write that it has been delivered but nothing has actually arrived.

Long waiting time for the order. Labels are peeling off after couple of washes. , they look very nice but i would not buy them again.

Hello, delivery took almost 2 weeks, some labels were already in the wash. What a pity

I placed an order on 28/08 and after 7 days it was still in preparation, so I was the one who contacted customer service which still did not solve my problem, I was given a refund and on 6/9 I placed a new order which I hope will be processed and shipped within 48 hours as you had said and written on the website. But as of today it is still being processed. On top of that sure I selected expedited delivery as I would need them by Monday, strangely it turns out to be standard delivery! I hope things can improve

Something has changed in production compared to 2 years ago. The current stickers no longer stick to the pens, on bottles and clothing it's ok. Shipping is ok, not incredibly fast but not very long.

Delivery is awful. Ordered on the 29th aug still not received my labels. Grandson has gone back school. Need to sort out deliveries asap

The product has still not arrived. I called and was told they were making a new envío which still waiting.

The letter took >14 days to reach Germany.

The stickers come off, do not stick properly to the pens. Very long delivery time.

Delivery time far too long - product was almost no longer needed

I really liked the product itself when it finally arrived. The name stickers are well made and they were labeled correctly. However, the delivery took over 3 weeks - but as mentioned the product is really great!

I never recieved my order, I contacted amd was refunded.

Unfortunately my order placed on 8/17/23 has not arrived, I talked to the Italian mail and you can't track it I talked to my neighbors maybe it was in their hole and nothing, I went to see in my old house and not even there.So Monday school starts and the labels are not there.

Lovely website & great products. They come from France & mine got stuck at customs so took 2 weeks to arrive. Customer service is all in French & didn't respond when I requested a tracking / replacement.

The labels are of good quality. On the other hand, I had paid 9.50 for delivery and when it came to shipping I saw that my order had been sent by green letter. The site sent it back to me and fortunately because in the green letter I had neither the snack box I ordered nor the fabric bag! As a result, I received my complete order 1 week after the date initially announced.

Great stickers, but a delivery time of almost a month and two phone calls afterwards because the first shipment was probably lost and the second was sent out late.

The labels are visually very pretty and colorful. I have purchased them before and have been happy with them. I don't know what changed this time, maybe the type of adhesive used was changed, but either way all the labels did not adhere well to the surfaces I applied them to. I used them to label markers and pencils, and the edges all lifted up and did not stick to the surface even though I applied some pressure (the next day they were peeled off again) so much so that I finally secured them with clear tape.

Shipping 1 week. Far too long for stickers.

I placed the order, and it never arrived. I called, because they had only replied to the first few emails. They gave me the option to send it again free of charge, it arrived. But it was late.

Not satisfied, I ordered labels with a flowery background but I end up with labels with an almost white background because the flowery background remains outside the cut contour... This constraint was not indicated anywhere when I placed my order... so this type of background should not be offered...

The adhesive labels no longer hold properly. Wash once and the label can be found in the washing machine again.

I chose fast order because I needed the product for the event, despite additional payment for express creation, the product arrived after 5 days (instead of 2).

It was not immediately obvious to me that the order was coming from France. That's why shipping took a few days. Unfortunately, all the rectangular stickers at the top (1st row) in the sticker booklet sent to me, which is very nicely made, could not be removed properly, so some of them were ruined. Nevertheless, beautiful print quality, great design and some children's stickers were included free of charge.

Iron label came off after first wash

Everything went great, the goods arrived very quickly. Unfortunately, the stickers don't stick well to the pens and school utensils.

The stickers adhere very poorly or not at all to colored pencils. That is a great pity. I had expected much more here. We are very happy with the stickers on clothing and shoes.

Self-adhesive labels peel off after machine washing...

The labels are very nice the problem is that they do not stick on the pencil case products,markers,pens,etc.....
