I did not receive the delivery but I called the complaints department who responded very quickly and remedied the problem I was able to receive my order It is consistent with the request.

Compared to other labels used the hold is not very good at all. After one wash they are already in the process of coming off despite the fact that all the isteuzinodel of the supplier have been respected

This is a decent product but took far to long to dispatch. Though ordered in, what I thought was plenty of time, my children had returned to school for over a week before I received them. I would suggest more transparency about the length of time it takes to dispatch and the method of postage so that an informed decision can be made about whether its feasible ot even worthwhile waiting.
