Dear Mabel, We are sorry and hope that you will have use of the labels another time in the future. It actually does not say on the website that delivery is in 48 hours but manufacturing (and therefore shipping). These are custom products that need to be custom fabricated, not pre-made. Delivery times are clearly stated on the site "For orders shipped to Italy, delivery times by priority mail theoretically correspond to 2-3 additional working days. They may, however, translate to between 2 and 10-15 business days due to delays or other factors beyond our control." Kind regards, Sophie

In my case I only have good words for this company. They are serious, nice, they answer any questions you have, the treatment is fantastic .... The manufacturing and delivery deadline has passed, since August 20 and they have not arrived in time to mark the school stuff. I had hoped that they would arrive as well as last year's order, but this year it seems to be working worse.... Their distribution system is very poor. They should think of better options.
