1st experience for me. Disappointed because I received the labels first and the box and gourd were missing. I called the service who explained that the order was in two deliveries but this information was nowhere to be found. On the other hand, the person on the phone was very pleasant. A few days later no parcel, second call. They were very attentive and told me they would reship the missing parcel. I did indeed receive the parcel. Apart from this setback, the staff were top notch and very satisfied with the goods. Thank you very much.

The labels are not for clothes, you can only stick them on the wash labels otherwise they won't withstand machine washing. It's a scam, they don't say so on the purchase page.

I highly recommend this brand. The little notebook with the labels is super practical. I haven't tried gluing yet, but I'm going to do it for the new school year. However, I like the fact that it's in a notebook, so there aren't any all over the place. At first glance, the collage looks simple. As for the gourd and lunchbox, the products are totally in line with my choice. After several washes, the illustration and my child's name have not changed. My son is delighted and never leaves his bottle, even though he's only 2 and a half. The little cap is a bit hard to open, but in the end, he's able to do it on his own. I can therefore recommend this brand and will not hesitate to order again when I need it.

Gourd with straw, the gourd is very pretty but the lid doesn't seem to be of great quality, to be seen with time. They say there's an air hole right next to the straw, so if the child leans over a little to drink, it spills. Then they say 480 ml, but you put in 400/430, no more. I warned them, but they didn't make up for it.
