It took a long time to arrive

Hello, I have not received my order!

I still haven't received my order, I've contacted you several times but no answer as to where my order is?

After 2 weeks the order has still not been delivered and there is no traceability! Very dissatisfied!

I'm really disappointed that despite making a big thing of printing the labels within 48 hours on their marketing, the delivery timescale is 3-10 working days. Why so long to deliver a little pack of labels!!! It's been 10 days since I ordered and still no sign of them.

Every year I order stickers but this last time the name does not come in the middle but on the top????.

I HAVE NEVER RECEIVED THE PRODUCT

We need to improve our shipping so that it arrives on time, especially when we have to pay extra to receive it faster.

PLESE DO NOT BUY !!!!! wrong label arrived after over 3 weeks of waiting..I have contacted customer services and was told that my order will be reprinted... 2 weeks later still no email or response from customer service... my messages are being ignored.... Update:I am more then aware that most businesses do not operate on weekends but i have contacted you on Wed, Thursday, Friday and Sunday all my messages were read and ignored. I have now received answer from yourselves with an update and finally someone replied to me. No I wasn't told any of the information you have provided in the answer below. Let's hope I receive them soon as my daughter already started school and I initially ordered them over months ago. Thank you for addressing this issiue.

Not home yet

Dissatisfied! I placed my order two weeks ago. I've been ordering for over 3 years and my labels haven't arrived for the new school year.

Disappointed, this year the labels don't stick. Last year no problem, they are always on the supplies but this . Nothing to do, they just don't stick.

The order never arrived; I claimed it, they gave me the option to resend it to me free of charge and it still hasn't arrived either.

Disappointed, because after the 1st wash, some of the labels peeled off. I think that's a shame, as my son hasn't started school yet...

I still haven't received anything

August 16 I place an order. More than 10 calendar days later and I still don't have it. I write and they answer me in French and ask me for a satisfaction survey. I do not recommend until the problem is solved.

Nothing, I never received the order

I ordered some labels for my son's school on August 18. The delivery date was August 23 to September 1. Today is September 3rd and they have not arrived yet. It's an informal company, you can't trust them. I had to use temporary crappy white stickers. I hope I receive them and that they are not lost somewhere. They are not cheap, I spent 30. Honestly it's better to order from Amazon or any other supplier. I have complained and not even an apology or anything. INFORMAL!

Order received quickly but wrong order received (wrong first and last name). The company reacted quickly to send me back the correct order except that it was too late for labelling.

Order still not received. Result: no labels for my son's first day of school tomorrow. Problem reported to C-monetiquette but no willingness on their part to solve the problem under cover of very polite emails but no effective action. In short, I don't recommend them. Money wasted.

After more than 15 days, the order did not arrive, although I have been refunded the money I had to order from another site because I needed them and I did not have them.

It never arrived and they were not even able to warn me that it would not arrive. I will never buy from !!!!! again.

Order placed on 19/08 Shipped on 22/08 It is now 3/09 The order has still not arrived? Other sites go much faster: too bad for me

This is the 3rd time I have ordered labels from this website. I've never had a problem before but my last order was a disaster. The names are illegible (very small font and the color is very light) and to top it all, the labels don't stick. After 24 hours, they're already half off. Really very disappointed... I won't be ordering from c-monetiquette again.

I paid for express delivery (9.5) and my order arrived in over 7 days! It's outrageous to steal from customers in this way! A voucher from you would be the least I could do to compensate for this dishonesty. Thank you for your help.

I still haven't received anything and unfortunately I don't think I ever will and in any case now it's all over for the start of the new school year. So it's hard to say but I'm disappointed.

Order not received after 17 days.... after-sales service tells me to wait, then wait another 2 days..... well, back to school is over, I have to buy labels in a hurry from a supermarket and do it by hand. Is the cmonetiquette website or the post office incompetent? All in all, what a waste of time and money! Order now!

Hello, Parcel indicated as delivered in my letter box except that I did not receive anything! It's a shame because school starts in 2 days!

I've been waiting for my order since 18/08. Still no news and a useless after-sales service that reassures me about delays that are only increasing.

I received an incomplete order

My labels ordered for stationery don't stick, customer service tells me I should have taken labels for small stationery... Total disappointment, I ended up with a huge batch of labels that I wasn't going to use and that didn't stick, even though it wasn't specified on the site and I'd bought them in the stationery tab... Really disappointed When it comes to shoe labels, the transparent film also peels off, making the label all sticky.... Really not great

I never received it and I can't track my order.

Very disappointed! After just one run in the washing machine, all the labels came off (the self-adhesive ones and the thermo-adhesive ones)! After spending two hours gluing everything together, I'm extremely disappointed!

Never received my order

Labels do not stick to pencils, felt-tip pens, etc. Yet the surface has been degreased

I followed the instructions to the letter, and out of 15 labels applied, half fell off on the 2nd day, on cotton t-shirts. Very disappointing.

As I write, I still have not received my order, nor any proposal from the after-sales service to respond to this situation, apart from emails containing surveys to find out if I am satisfied with their services.

I have not received my order after almost a month.
