Top customer service. Order not received the first time but quickly reshipped free of charge and arrived in time for Christmas + very cute bag.

I placed 2 orders for labels 4 days apart, the second order arrived quickly but the 1st after 10 days was still not there. I informed customer service, whose 1st response did not satisfy me, but who finally reacted very quickly when I explained the problem again. The package of labels concerned was reshipped to me. So thank you for your responsiveness and reliability

I highly recommend this site for ordering very nice, high quality labels. The ones I put on my son's clothes three years ago are still there, and I've just bought some for my other son who's going on a snow class. I had a small problem with delivery and customer service got back to me very quickly. I was very surprised at their responsiveness!
