Seriousness, professionalism, good value for money and special attention to the care of packaging. My order was processed in 24h and the goods arrived after 5 days. I contacted customer service to find out if the shipment could be tracked. They responded in a very short time and since regular mail service is used, they reassured me that the goods should arrive by a certain date and if they did not arrive I could contact them again.
