Ordered for 3 children, 50 labels for each name. The labels for one of the children were mixed into the pack for each of the other 2 (20 in one, 30 in the other). Very disappointing for the target audience, i.e. children.

The product I have no idea if it is of quality, since August 10 I placed the order I am still waiting for it to arrive. The product may be 10, but the service is terrible, so it doesn't pay off. If someday the order arrives I will tell you....

My order has not yet arrived since August 9.

The package never arrived and I claimed it several times telling me that there is a deadline. It arrived that day and never arrived. I have been sent to another address and to date nothing has arrived and it is already at the limit. I was very disappointed because I had heard very good things about petit-fernand.

We didn't receive the order 2 days before school started! I've written to you but haven't heard back! It's been almost 15 days. Usually no problem, but I just don't get it!

Very disappointed! I thought I'd avoid the chore of making labels (paper and tape) as I do every year, so I ordered the "standard" labels. In the end, they didn't stick to the pencils and I had to tape them to make them stick - a waste of time and money - I won't be getting them back!

There is no greaseproof paper in the label pack.

Labels received from another person. No commercial gesture and it was impossible for me to receive the new order on time. They claimed a postal error when in fact they had written my name and address on the envelope with the wrong labels inside... So it can't be a postal error.

I never received my order, nor did you respond to the e-mails I sent asking for explanations.

The order arrived more than 20 days after the purchase, maybe it is the delivery company that also had shipping costs. If so, they should change the delivery company.
