I placed an order on August 16 and it hasn't arrived even though the order tracking shows it as delivered. I have already bought several times and it's a shame that the delivery service is so bad. 5 days before the start of school I have no labels!!!!

Labels of insufficient quality

On the positive side, I would like to highlight how nice the order was and on the negative side, it took longer than they said and I wrote twice to the company to ask if there was any delay and to this day I still have not received an answer.

The personalized lunch boxes and water bottles are very good quality and practical. Unfortunately, however, the iron-on labels for clothes are a disaster! Firstly, I had to buy an ordinary iron to put them on, as they don't adhere to the fabric at all with a steam iron (which is not clearly indicated, if at all!). Secondly, they come off very easily once I've put them on, not to mention the result after washing. Given the price, this is extremely disappointing. I'll definitely be ordering no more!

I never received my order. At least the after-sales service was very reactive and offered to send it back to me or give me a refund. A few days before the start of the new school year, I preferred a refund.

Good service, good product, have to check if the labels stick well. Delivery time a little long. Price is correct.

3 stars because unfortunately I did not receive my order on time, I had to call customer service and the error was rectified I received it 3 days later (I think problem with the carrier)

I don't know who to ask for help, the package is reported delivered on August 8 to the post office, never arrived unfortunately. I had placed an order previously. I can say that the quality is excellent.

It took a long time for my order to arrive

I chose self-adhesive labels and although I followed the instructions for applying and washing them, they didn't stick after the first wash. They're pretty, though, and I received my order fairly quickly.

The labels are of good quality and stick easily. However, I'm disappointed because there's more pattern on the outside of the label than on the label itself when you peel it off the notebook.

Hello, I am very happy with my labels, however there was a small error, there is a small part of my daughter's labels (stickers mini object) that arrived with the first name of his brother. As a result, her brother only had 10 in his notebook.

Not ideal for me.

The first order did not arrive, they sent it to me again and I am still waiting to receive it.

First time I've ordered and I'm disappointed with the small-format labels that don't stick well enough to felt-tip or wood pencils. The label is too rigid and doesn't fit the pencil, so it comes off. I switched to the other brand. Sorry

Fast delivery, very pretty labels. However, they don't stick. I stuck the labels on 15 days ago and they came off. It's a shame. I'll have to put tape on top to reinforce it.

Unfortunately, the labels we ordered arrived 10 days after the order was placed! After the start of the Belgian school year:-( And at the opening, we had another family's order! Darn, our daughter doesn't have her school supplies "labeled"! A new shipment was generated following a complaint, but we would have liked express delivery! Only consolation: a discount code for a few percent!

I did not receive my entire order. My daughter Jeanne's personalised pink gourd is missing. No information email about the delay and the waiting time. This is not serious at all. When will I hear from you? Homecoming is fast approaching.... ??

Order finally received on Tuesday August 29th, too bad it arrived after my son started nursery which was on Monday 28th. I had to make all the labels for the clothes and other items by hand. The order had been placed since Saturday August 19, and the envelope arrived all torn! Nevertheless, I'll probably place another order when it's time to mark the winter clothes.

Impeccable labels for clothes, but average for objects

I don't know if it was me who chose the wrong format or if there is a problem with the format but I chose labels for objects like pencils and given the size of the labels it doesn't work.

The photos showing the snackboxes are not the right ones, so I end up with two boxes in which I can't even put a compote in a gourd. The first gourds I bought broke regularly, and you sent me a cork. Fortunately, the new gourds are better. On the other hand, the caps are both black, so it's hard for me not to mix them up for my two boys. Otherwise, the labels are fine. So are the kits. It's great that you've suggested colors! I bought two kits for Adrien when you only had white, and I'm very sorry, they're dirty all the time, and look really cheap, even though I paid a lot for them. I'm thinking of continuing to buy the labels but for the rest I think I'll stop (I had bought two beautiful colored kits for the teachers and one was very badly sewn) Cordialement

Hello, I placed an order for stick-on clothing labels. I received them by mail without any problem, I have nothing to say about the design of the labels, and the result is very nice. However, the labels don't stick to the clothes. I did put them on the labels inside the clothes, but they wash off in the first wash (30°). I feel like I've thrown my money out the window. Why offer a product that doesn't serve its purpose? I strongly advise against this type of glue-on label.

Easy to use site, nice selection of snack boxes, fast shipping. Incomplete or even misleading information on the site about the self-adhesive labels. I had to order others from another site, and these will be used as "lamba" labels, which are very expensive for this purpose.

I ordered the labels on August 18 with Express delivery 9.50 Delivery time: 24 hours) I never received them in 24 hours! I received them after only 5 days!

The items I received were of good quality, but my order was incomplete. A bit disappointed for my first experience.

The self-adhesive labels are great, but this is the first year I've been disappointed with iron-on labels. Most of the ones I received don't stick despite a 200 degree iron and more than 8 seconds of very firm pressure to try to fix them. Partly disappointed with my order.

Not enough legibility on the kindergarten pack with several label styles - otherwise very good labels

I really like the different possibilities when it comes to choosing labels, but I feel that quality should only be about the product itself. Indeed, quality should be at all levels. This is just my humble opinion, but I would have appreciated receiving my labels much sooner. Order sent by green post... You should have chosen red but whatever. I hope to receive my order before school starts.

Missing item and given the delivery times, it will arrive after the start of the school year. In addition, I was unable to use the sponsorship because there was a promotion on another item. Not deducting 3 for a promotion (not a coupon), I find that commercially not very good. They offered a 20% discount on a future order, but I now have everything I need, so that's no longer necessary.

I have to admit I don't know how to rate it. Speed of delivery, price, print quality... all seem very good to me. But I must admit I'm disappointed with the model I chose. My daughter thought she was getting a glitter model, but it's a glitter "effect" with white stars on a pink background. The choice was a bit misleading. So my opinion isn't the wisest. Choose your rendering carefully.

The labels are really great. This is the 4th school year that I have ordered them. They stay on the clothes and resist washing. A little disappointed that once the order was placed a promo code of 15% came out the next day.

As soon as the labels are stuck on, they come off the pencils and markers. I had already ordered 2 years ago and this one held up great...
