Self-adhesive labels peel off after machine washing...

The labels are very nice the problem is that they do not stick on the pencil case products,markers,pens,etc.....

The pots are too small, I expected them to be bigger. They don't work for me 🙁 from 3 years old, which is when you are asked to bring snacks, with that size you can't even put a whole fruit in them.

A loyal customer, I'm a little disappointed this time with my order. The mini school supply labels are already coming off the pens (after 2 days of school). The "attached writing" font makes the labels look very small. Too bad

On the crèche's label pack, not all the iron-on labels held... They went off after the first use or the first wash - a bit disappointed as I had to reinvest in a new system

The time between order3 and receipt was far too long, I think almost 3 weeks.

The print is sometimes not opposite the label backing, and the small design associated with the name is cropped on some labels... And the colors aren't always completely faithful, so visibility can be a little limited at times. All in all, nice and satisfactory labels.

I haven't received anything yet. I placed the order on 22/08/2023

Easy to use site, great choice in design, on time delivery. However, I'm disappointed that you can't choose smaller self-adhesive labels for clothes, they're too big to stick on clothing labels. And a big disappointment on the outfit, they almost all came off very quickly! I was with a competitor the time before, and they didn't hold up despite repeated washing. So I wouldn't recommend C-mon-etiquette.

This is the 2nd time I've ordered a complete notebook for back to school. This is the first time I've had an error. I received another child's notebook, which was sorted out within the day and within 48 hours, and I received the correct order.

The stickers were fine but the last three pages (back cover and two others) were torn off. I paid for express shipping and it arrived two days later than it should have.

The cap of the gourd broke on first use. The bottle tipped over from its height (no big fall) and the plastic broke directly ....

I never received my order. No one can tell me where it is. On the other hand, responsive after-sales service. They reproduced my order after the legal deadline for "non-receipt" (September 2), and I'm impatiently waiting for it, as school has already started...

Nice designs, great choice of personalization, only the label dimensions are sometimes too big and to my great disappointment the labels stick very badly despite following the recommended sticking instructions. Some are starting to peel off

Very nice labels. However, the water bottle broke right away, I was filling it and the cap slipped and broke off. Plus the inner part where the drinking spout is easily detached, making it difficult for the baby to open it to drink because every time he tries to lift it, it comes off completely. Too bad

Delivery and everything was fast, but the quality of some of the labels was terrible - I needed Scotch tape to hold them securely on pencils and pens.

My daughter's diaper bag looks great.

I ordered on Wednesday and paid 9.50 for it to arrive in 24 hours! In the end it only arrived the following Tuesday.

It was not agreed that there would be any additional taxes to pay, and unfortunately the letter carrier demanded an extra 15 euros for customs.

Half of the order was forgotten but after a call the order was quickly reshipped. Unfortunately we weren't at home but on vacation and my labels got wet in our letterbox. If I'd received my entire order the first time, this wouldn't have happened because I'd planned ahead to be able to receive them.

Although I followed the instructions to the letter, it took me longer to get the iron-on labels to stick to the fabric. A friend, who recommended your site to me, had left one of your labels on a garment. I realized that the label was much thicker and fibrous. So I'm very disappointed. I have serious doubts about the gluing process, having had to repeat it several times on fabrics, and having even damaged the cotton collar of a polo shirt with the iron on linen. In addition, the shoe labels didn't hold on some models of leather inner shoes.

The first order went well. For the second, I paid for express delivery (24 hours later, including Saturday) for almost 10 bales and the service was not carried out correctly and I received my labels too late. I contacted the site which sent me an automatic reply "How to track my parcel" before sending me a satisfaction form...

It takes a long time for the product to arrive. When you write it off and claim, that's when it arrives.

The site and the design of the labels are great! Nothing to say about the stickers, they hold up pretty well, but I'm disappointed with the iron-on ones, which come off after only 2 washes. I'm sure I'll try out the ink pads again.

I have been using your labels for years and always appreciate the quality,normally the delivery is always very fast but this time it took several days, by the way the order had been processed immediately and sent to shipping but the delivery left something to be desired.

We received a booklet, but half of the labels were in someone else's name... Too bad

Label too wide and writing too large

Lots of big labels, not practical for toddlers' clothes, but they're very pretty.

The labels don't stick well to the pencils etc. They tend to lift up on the corners.

Mixed opinion, I order every year and I'm usually satisfied overall. Same this year except for the Mini labels because of the very small writing in the center. The mini size is great for school pencils, felt-tips etc. but the font is too small on the label and doesn't go all the way to the end (the tiny writing is only in the middle) which makes the label disappointing despite a good format.

Ordering error but quickly resolved

We have a problem with the labels coming off. I've never had this problem before. If you could do something. Thank you very much. The problem is that I put all the labels on my son's pens but the next day everything came off.....

The size of the personalized bags, the turquoise ones, are too small, so they can't be used for spare clothes and especially not for nap blankets.
