The quality of the products is always top-notch. I've also had to deal with customer service for problems with deliveries and delivery times. Sometimes my requests were not taken into account, but I always got an answer and I'm satisfied with the return, despite the very long delays (mainly due to the carrier) and the urgency of my order.
The labels are of excellent quality and the customer service is very responsive and accommodating! Nothing to complain about!

Fast and efficient
There's no other word than perfect
On the advice of a friend, I decided to try out these labels. I'd never heard of self-adhesive labels without an iron, and I have to say that I find them very practical. I was a bit skeptical at first, as some comments said that it didn't hold well, but for me no worries. You have to follow the instructions and not wash the garment directly after sticking the label, but wait at least 24 hours. Well, after 2 washes so far, no worries. I'll order again
