I have not received my order of August 18, which was supposedly dispatched on August 19. I have contacted customer service twice by e-mail. I was told to wait until September 3 before contacting them again to find a solution. This is unacceptable, my daughter is coming home on September 3. What do I do? I do not recommend this site. To be avoided!

The labels look great but I ordered iron on labels by mistake inst ad of the usual stick on ones. I know this is my fault for not checking but I don't think the fact they were iron on the was clear enough or there needed to be a message to say are you sure you want (iron on/stick on) etc
