My first order got lost in the meanders of La Poste, so I contacted the team who kindly sent me my order free of charge. A very good experience (in spite of everything??) Yes, I'd recommend it without hesitation.

The cards arrived 3 weeks later than expected. It took them a week to confirm the issue and resend the order. The last person was very responsive.

Excellent!!! I have been buying from them for years. Recommended!!! I had a mix-up on a shipment, and they immediately reshipped at their expense. After a month, I received the merchandise from the order that was not received. I promptly emailed them, offering to pay for the merchandise that had been shipped back to me for the second time, and they very graciously gave it to me. Their products are of a truly unique quality, durable custom water bottles, and with excellently crafted materials.

Great labels!!! I had a problem with the first delivery was lost by the courier. But the super helpful customer service promptly resolved the issue by processing a new order. The labels are qualitatively perfect. They stick very well and seem durable.

I placed an order containing sticky labels for the start of school for my 2 little girls. Unfortunately, the packet did not arrive. I contacted customer service who immediately granted me a resend of what I had previously ordered.

I have been buying the labels for clothes for quite some time and I always repeat because I love them. The only thing I don't like is that now they charge shipping costs. Before they were delivered to my mailbox and I didn't have to worry about it, now I have to wait for the courier and working is complicated. I don't understand why if the envelope arrives in the mailbox, they don't leave it there, besides having to pay the shipping costs, I don't like this system.
