Unfortunately, the website does not make it clear that the labels are sent from abroad and that you have to expect correspondingly long delivery times and delays. My items have not arrived in week three after ordering. No tracking of the shipment is possible. My children are now traveling to summer camp without labels.

Hello Nele, The goods go out 48 hours after ordering and then you have to allow 2 - 6 working days, sometimes more. It depends on the postal service.
