Unfortunately, one of the clips on the bentobox has already broken off. My 7-year-old daughter couldn't get it to close properly because it was jammed and then she pushed a little harder and it broke. Too bad for the price. The stickers are great, they are small and hold up very well in the dishwasher. Addendum on 17.10.24 As a result of the review, customer service contacted me a few days later and they are now sending me new clips. Should be with me in a few days. Top customer service. I will definitely buy from you again.????????????
I ordered for the third time the thermoadhesive labels and the adhesive labels for objects, for my second child's kindergarten. The order arrived on time, the labels are very nice, the colors vivid, and I had a choice of different fonts and designs...like the previous ones they hold the color and stay intact even after several washes of pinafores and bibs....good choice that I would do again.

I am truly satisfied in every way! The products I ordered were delivered to me on time. The thermoadhesive labels are very easy to apply and the method by which to do it is explained intuitively and is super simple. I have already washed the clothes and they have stayed well applied, as have the ones for items and shoes that are also well made! Water bottle, backpack and more all of excellent quality and well customized, in short a great satisfaction ?? stra recommend of course ??

I requested expedited shipping, paid 10 euro , arrived 5 days after purchase. Poor quality, after two washes they either peel off or crack and no longer read. I do not recommend the purchase

I love the stickers with my son's name for his nursery clothes, I personalised them on the website and they're super strong, they won't come off with just washing your clothes. I actually made 2 orders and I'm sure I will continue when the ones I ordered will finish.

They sent me the labels with some with my daughter's name and others with someone else's, then when they sent me the correct ones they sent them to a delivery point that was far away from where I lived, I will not order any more.
